Panzerotti fritti: ecco come farli in pochi passi!
Facili da preparare e irresistibili! Ideali per una cena da leccarsi i baffi!
INGREDIENTI
12g di lievito di birra fresco
50ml di acqua + 250ml
10g di zucchero
350g di farina 00
150g di farina di semola
20ml di olio d'oliva
20g di sale
300g di mozzarella
250g di salsa di pomodoro
Olio per friggere
PREPARAZIONE
In una ciotolina mescola il lievito di birra fresco con l’acqua e lo zucchero.
In una ciotola più grande unisci la farina 00 con la farina di semola, l’olio, il sale, il lievitino e l’acqua poco alla volta. Impasta bene per ottenere un impasto compatto e liscio.
Infarina la ciotola, mettici dentro l’impasto, fai una croce in cima e fai lievitare per 2 ore.
Metti un colino sopra una ciotola e aggiungi la salsa di pomodoro con la mozzarella a cubetti per preparare il ripieno.
Dividi l’impasto in delle palle (da circa 50/60g). Trasferisci le palline sulla teglia coperta dalla carta forno e fate riposare per 30 minuti.
Stendi ogni palla sul piano di lavoro e metti al centro il ripieno. Chiudi l’impasto in un pazerotto.
Friggi i panzerotti nel’olio bollente fino alla doratura.

How to make an easy Calzone recipe.
This recipe yields 4 pieces calzones.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm water (250ml)
1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
2 tbsp sugar (25g)
3 tbsp oil (45ml)
3 cups of flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or more
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or more
eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp water

Ingredients for 2 Pizzas
0.01 oz (⅓ g) dry yeast,
7 oz (200 g) of water
11 oz (330 g) wheat flour
0.35 oz (10 g) salt
For stuffing
2 oz (60 g) Prosciutto or ham
5 oz (140 g) Ricotta cheese
4.4 oz (125 g) Mozzarella cheese.

• 500 g, 00 Flour or all purpose flour
• 1 tsp dry yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tablespoon (14g) olive oil
• 330 ml lukewarm water
• 1-2 tbsp semolina flour (optional, to flour the baking sheet or the surface)
Filling:
• 1 cup cooked spinach (drained)
• 1 cup ricotta cheese, whole-milk
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
• 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon salt
Topping:
• 1 tsp olive oil
