How To make Butterscotch Fudge
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter
3/4 ts Salt
7 1/2 oz Jar marshmallow creme
5 1/3 oz Can evaporated milk
12 oz Butterscotch chips
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
Combine the sugar, butter, salt, marshmallow creme, and milk in a heavy saucepan. Cook to rolling boil over medium low heat. Continue to boil for 5 full minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add butterscotch
chips, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until chips are melted. Pour into well-buttered 9x9 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Classic Holiday Cooking

8-10 or so large mushrooms appx enough to fit into the jar packed
1 tsp vanilla
mix all together until smooth and creamy pour into a buttered dish and let cool then cut and enjoy

1 cup butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
1 package (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 tablespoon water
Why use Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®?
1. Melt butterscotch morsels with peanut butter in heavy saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until well blended. Remove from heat.
2. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal to butterscotch mixture, stirring until well coated. Press half of cereal mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Chill in refrigerator while preparing filling. Set remaining cereal mixture aside. 3. Combine chocolate morsels, powdered sugar, butter and water. Stir over very low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is well blended. Spread over chilled cereal mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture evenly over top. Press in gently. Chill. Remove from refrigerator for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
