How to make banana cake ! And cream cheese pecan frosting
Just a reminder guys mine baked at 350 degrees for an hour but depending on the pan size you use , time will defer so keep checking with a knife or tooth pick in center for done ness :)
Ingredients for banana cake
3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4-5 bananas (4 if large)(5 if small-medium)
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Cream cheese frosting
4 ounces of softened cream cheese (half a brick of cream cheese)
6 tablespoons of insalted softened butter
2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
OPTIONAL * 1/2 cup of chopped toasted pecans

The very best Banana Bread is so easy to make! This is my absolute favorite recipe for using up overripe bananas, it's soft, moist, and bursting with banana, brown sugar, and cinnamon flavors. Slathered with melted butter it's perfect alongside a hot cup of coffee for breakfast.

Pecan Banana cake:
3 Cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda,
3 eggs, 1 cup of oil, you can use avocado oil or vegetable oil.
1 small can of crushed pineapple, juice and all. 1 Tsp vanilla extract.
2 Cups bananas, chopped or smashed,
1 Cup pecans, chopped ( optional).
Mix dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients. Do not beat.
Stir until well blended. Grease and flour 9x13-inch baking pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

1-3/4 cups (210 grams) all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt or a pinch
1/3 cup (2.6 oz.) softened butter
2/3 cup (133 grams) granulated sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
2 tbsp. milk, room temperature
1/2 cup (64 grams) chopped walnuts for batter + 1/4-1/2 cup walnuts for topping
1 tbsp. quick oats for topping (optional)

1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 container of pecan coconut icing
mix everything and bake in a 350° oven for 45-50 minutes
