brEAD 1/2 cup milk
warmed
2 tablespoons butter :
softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 envelope yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 egg -- lightly beaten
3 cups flour
1/3 cup butter
Glaze 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
brEAD: mix milk, softened butter, sugar, and salt in large bowl;cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water in small bowl; stir into cooled mixture along with egg. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat hard. Mix in remaining flour - dough should be soft but manageable. Turn onto lightly floured pastry cloth and knead until elastic. Shape dough into ball, place in butteed, warm, large bowl, then trun in bowl to butter all sides. Cover with cloth and let rise in warm, dry spot, away from drafts, 1 hour until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down and let rest 10 minutes. Coat 9-inch tube pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Pinch off bits of dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Dip in melted butter and arrange in pan, spacing 1/4 inch apart. cover and let rise 45 to 50 minutes till doubled in bulk. Toward end of rising, preheat oven to 350

ZUM SCHRITT-FÜR-SCHRITT REZEPT ⇣⇣

- 500g Dinkelmehl
- 1 Päckchen Trockenhefe
- 1 TL Salz
- eine Prise Zucker
- 3 Zweige Rosmarin
- 150g Parmesan
- 2 El Olivenöl
- 300 ml lauwarmes Wasser
1. Den Ofen auf 180° Grad (Ober-/ Unterhitze) vorheizen.
2. Mehl, Salz und Öl in eine Rührschüssel geben.
3. Trockenhefe mit einer Prise Zucker in lauwarmen Wasser verrühren.
4. Das Wasser zum Mehl dazugeben und alle Zutaten gut zu einem Teig verkneten.
5. Den Teig abgedeckt 45 min. an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.
6. Den Rosmarin von den Zweigen abzupfen und etwas klein hacken und in den Teig einarbeiten.
7. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
8. Aus dem Teig kleine Bällchen formen und auf dem Backblech nah aneinander auslegen und nochmals 15 min. abgedeckt gehen lassen.
9. Den Parmesan reiben.
10. Die Bällchen mit Wasser bepinseln und den Parmesan darüber verteilen.
11. Das Bubble Bread ca. 20-25 Minuten golb-braun backen.

1 tsp (3g) Yeast
0.6 cup (140ml) Milk
2 cups (300g) Bread flour/wheat flour
1/2 tsp (3g) Salt
2 tbsp (28g) Unsalted butter
Egg wash
Unsalted butter
Mold size 20x20cm/8‘’x8‘’
170°C (340°F) bake for 20 minutes

1. If you use unsweetened condensed milk, please add 25 grams of sugar.
2. Mold size: 9''x9''/20x20cm

Garam Masala Sticky Bun Monkey Bread:
Dough (MAKE TWO SEPARATE BATCHES!!!!!)-
- 1.5 cups (375g) whole milk
- 2.25 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/4 cup (52g) granulated sugar
- 4.25 cups (640g) all-purpose flour
- 1.25 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons (82g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Glaze-
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
Spiced Sugar-
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
Rum Caramel-
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup cold butter, cubed
- 5.5 tablespoons dark rum
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cinnamon stick charred
