3 to 4oz each 1/4 ts Salt Black pepper -- fresh ground Suggested wine: Chardonnay 1. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler. 2. In small saucepan, combine margarine, lemon juice and oil; heat until margarine melts. Add shallots and parsley; cook 2 min- utes. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Press one side of tuna into shallot mixture; place on prepared pan, coated side up. 3. Broil tuna 4" from heat, 2-3 minutes. Turn over and spread top evenly with remaining shallot mixture; broil 5 minutes longer, or until fish is cooked through.

Easy Grilled TUNA STEAK WITH WASABI GINGER GLAZE | Recipes.net
Set aside your usual beef steak and try this delicious tuna steak recipe instead. The melt in your mouth tuna steak is drizzled with homemade wasabi ginger glaze for a spicy kick. It resembles the taste of sushi but griled. This is a great way to have a fancy dinner at home.

For Ginger Marmalade: 8 oz ginger, fresh, peeled, and minced ½ cup granulated sugar 1 cup water 1 tsp chili powder
For Garnish: ¼ tsp mixed sesame seeds, per serving, roasted To Serve: ½ tsp wasabi paste, per serving ¼ oz lettuce leaves, per serving
