SHAKSHUKA
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 15-20 minutes
Serving 2
Ingredients
1 large Onion, slice, प्याज
2 medium size Capscium, dice, शिमला मिर्च
3 medium size Tomato, dice, टमाटर
2 Garlic cloves, chopped, लहसुन
½ inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक
2 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
1 tbsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 cup fresh Tomato puree, टमाटर प्यूरी
Water, पानी
½ cup Cheese, grated, चीज
3-4 Egg, अंडे
½ tsp Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
For Garnish
Coriander leaves, धनिया पत्ता
Spring onion, chopped, प्याज़ पत्ता
A pinch of degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Process
In a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger and saute it well.
Add onion and saute it well. Add capscium and toss everything well.
Add degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Add tomato, green chilli and mix it well.
Add salt to taste, sugar and mix it well.
Add tomato puree and mix it well. Add little water and cook for five minutes.
Now, with the help of a wooden spoon make a well in the sauce.
Add grated cheese into each well and crack the egg into each well.
Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are done.
Drizzle some olive oil on top.
Garnish it with coriander leaves, spring onion and a pinch of degi red chilli powder.
Serve hot.

Ingrediants..
1. Suji /Rava /Samolina -1 cup
2. Curd - 1/2cup
3. Black pepper - 1/4ts
4. Salt to taste
5. Water - 3/4cup
6. Onion - 1
7. Capsicum - 1/2
8. Tomato - 1
9. Garlic paste - 1ts
10. Ginger paste - 1ts
11. Green chilli - 1/2ts
12. Jeera (Cumin) - 1ts
13. Corriander - 1tb
14. Oil
Method...
Take Sooji /Rava in a bowl ,add Curd, Black pepper, Salt to taste and mix it...add Water 1/4cup mix.. Then add Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Garlic paste, Ginger paste , Green chilli, Jeera and mix it add 1/2cup of water and mix nicely ... make semi thick batter. cover and keep it for 5min... add Corriander mix... batter is ready..
Heat a appe pan grease with oil, keep flame in medium to low, pour the batter ,sprinkle some oil drop over the appe and cook for 1-1 min.for both side…suji /Rava Appe is ready...
If do not have aape pan…Then
Heat a pan grease with oil, keep flame in medium to low ,then pour batter and make small small size pancakes , apply some oil over it and cook both side for 1-1min. smal small Sooji pancakes or sooji uttapam is ready....

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 Fresno chile, diced
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 ½ teaspoons sweet paprika
1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
6 large eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
FOR SERVING
1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1-2 shallots
1 lemon
Fresh pita bread
Za’atar
Softened butter
Garlic, minced
COOKING METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil.
3. Once shimmering, add onion and peppers and saute for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium-low and add garlic, paprika, and cumin and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and aromatic.
4. Add tomatoes, crushing them in your hands as they go into the skillet. Rinse can with a bit of water and add to skillet to get any remaining tomato juice. Simmer for TKTK minutes, or until the mixture reduces by 1/3rd.
5. While the tomatoes cook, heat pita bread in preheated oven. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, salt and garlic. Slather over top of pita bread and finish with zaatar.
6. Once the tomato mixture is reduced, create 6 small wells using a large spoon. Crack 1 egg into each well and season each with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the whites are fully cooked, but the yolks are still runny.
7. While the eggs are cooking, make parsley and shallot salad. Serve immediately with pita bread and salad.
