How To make Breakfast Lasagne
1 pk Lasagne Noodles
1 lb Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs
6 tb Unsalted Butter
6 tb Flour
3 c Milk
1/2 ts Dry Mustard
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 pn Salt
2 tb Red Wine
1 1/2 ts Tomato Paste
1 tb Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic
1 lb Cooked Ham
thinly sliced
1/2 lb Gruyere Cheese :
grated
1/2 lb Mozarella Cheese grated
1/4 lb Parmesan Cheese :
freshly
Grated Fresh Parsley chopped
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Mix ricotta cheese with eggs. Prepare white sauce: melt butter in medium saucepan, add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk slowly using whisk. Cook slowly until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add dry mustard, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in wine and 1/2 of the Parmesam cheese. In small pan, saute garlic in oil. Remove garlic, add oil to sauce. Stir in tomato paste. Layer ingredients into a 13 X 9 X 2 lasagne pan starting with a thin layer of sauce. Next a layer of noodles followed by the ricotta cheese and egg mixture, the ham, the gruyere and the mozzarella cheese. To with sauce and Parmesan cheese. Repeat, starting with noodles, until finished, ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. NOTES: This is an original recipe created by UPSTAIRS:

Breakfast Lasagna
A Holiday Breakfast Lasagna recipe from Chef Julie Schoenherr.
The Recipe:
Ingredients
1 box no boil lasagna pasta
1 lb. country sausage
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, minced
3 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 quart half and half
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella
8 eggs
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
Brown sausage, peppers & onions in a saute pan. Once browned & vegetables are tender remove and set aside. Keeping fat in pan and add 2 Tbsp. butter. Sprinkle flour and whisk cooking for 1 minute.Whisk in 2 cups of the half and half continue to cook until sauce bubbles and thickens; add more half and half if needed. Stir in salt & pepper. Set aside.
Add ¼ cup of the half and half to the eggs and soft scramble. Salt & Pepper to taste
Spray 9x13 baking pan with non stick coating. Coat bottom of pan with 1 cup of the white sauce. Cover bottom with pasta sheets. Layer sausage & vegetables and sprinkle of 1/3 mozzarella cheese.Top with another layer of pasta sheets and repeat two more times. Add last layer of pasta. Top with sauce and cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate overnight or bake immediately.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly – remove alumiunum foil and bake uncovered 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Breakfast Lasagne - Don't knock it till you tried it!

Recipe -
Ingredients
Lasagne Sheets
8 Sausages
10 Bacon Medallions
125g Grated Cheddar
1 Onion (optional)
300g Mushrooms
2 Tins baked beans
500g Passata or tomato sauce
4 Tomatoes Sliced (optional)
6 Eggs beaten
1 Tsp Mixed herbs
Method
Cook sausages in a pan till brown
Remove and once cooled slice sausages
In a pan add onions, mushrooms and bacon and cook
Once cooked add beans and passata and cook for 10 minutes
In a dish spoon some of the beans mixture into the pan
Top with lasagne sheets
Continue until all mix is used
Lay sliced sausages on top
Pour egg mix on top and sprinkle cheese over
If not using tomatoes, sprinkle herbs on top
Cook in the oven at 180C for 25 minutes
If using tomatoes remove from the oven after this and lay tomatoes on top with herbs
Bake for another 20 minutes
