2 Barras de chocolate meio amargo (200 ml)
100g manteiga s/ sal
3 Ovos
3/4 xícara (chá) açúcar (157 ml)
1/4 xícara (chá) cacau em pó (25g)
1 xícara (chá) farinha de trigo (140g)
1 lata de leite moça de colher (395g)

Super chocolatey, chewy, and fudgy.

Here is what you'll need!

The Best Fudgy Brownies
Servings: 9

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces good-quality chocolate
¾ cup butter, melted
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half, then save the other half for later.
Mix the butter and the sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until the mixture has become fluffy and light in color.
Whisk in the reserved melted chocolate (make sure the chocolate is not too hot or else the eggs will cook), then sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix as this will cause the brownies to be more cake-like in texture.
Fold in the chocolate chunks, then transfer the batter into a parchment paper-lined square baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies, then cool completely.
Slice, then serve with a nice cold glass of milk!

BROWNIES DE CHOCOLATE

• 180 gr chocolate negro ou meio-amargo
• 130 gr manteiga
• 90 gr açúcar mascavado
• 90 gr açúcar branco
• 100 gr farinha
• 3 ovos
• 1 colher de chá de baunilha
• 1 pitada de sal

Para juntar:
• 50 gr de nozes
• 50 gr de chocolate picado

Derreta o chocolate, partido em pedaços com a manteiga no microondas ou em banho-maria. Mexa até obter um creme liso e brilhante. Junte depois os açúcares e baunilha e quando estiver incorporado adicione os ovos e bata de preferência com uma vara de arames só até estar uma massa homogénea. Acrescente a farinha e o sal e envolva delicadamente na mistura e por fim incorpore as nozes picadas e os 50 gr de chocolate em pedacinhos. Despeje a massa para uma forma quadrada ou rectangular forrada com papel vegetal e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC durante cerca de 25 minutos. Tenha atenção para não cozer demasiado porque os brownies caracterizam-se por serem muito húmidos. Verifique a cozedura com um palito e retire do forno quando este ainda apresentar alguma humidade. Os brownies desenformam-se e cortam-se melhor depois de frios. Sirva cortado em quadrados.
