How To make Bounty Pie
1 Env. Soup Mix *
1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
2 c Fresh Bread Crumbs
8 oz Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
1 Large Egg
1/4 ts Thyme or Basil Leaves
1 tb Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
6 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 1/2 c Hot Cooked Assorted Veggies
* Choose one of the following soup mixes to use in the recipe: Onion, Onion-Mushroom or Beefy Onion. ~

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine onion recipe soup mix, ground beef, bred crumbs, sour cream or yougurt, egg and thyme or basil. Sprinkle flour into 9-inch pie pan. Press ground beef mixture onto bottom and sides of prepared pan, shaping edges 3/4 inch above pan and forming a center "well". Bake 40 minutes, drain. Fill with 3/4 cup cheese, then vegetables and remaining cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 9-inch glass pie plate, prepare ground beef mixture as above. Heat,
uncovered at HIGH (Full Power) 9 minutes, turning plate every 3 minutes; drain. Fill as above and het 3 minutes on HIGH (Full Power) 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.

How to make chocolate coconut bars aka Bounty at home!
These simple no-bake bars are as delicious as they are beautiful!
Calories: 142 | Total Fat: 8.9 g | Fiber: 5 g | Sugar: 11 g | Protein: 1 g
INGREDIENTS:
• 200 ml coconut milk
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted (
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 200 g shredded coconut (
• 3 tsp red dragon fruit powder (
• 200 g dark or milk chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients except chocolate into a blender and blend until well combined. If the mixture is too wet, add more shredded coconut. If it's too dry, add more coconut milk.
2. Take out about 1 tbsp of the mixture and form it into a rounded bar (similar to the shape of Bounty bars) with your hands. Do this until no coconut dough is left.
3. Place all coconut bars onto a plate and freeze for at least 45 min or until firm.
4. Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate.
5. Dip each coconut bar into the chocolate and freeze again for about 15 min. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
350g biscuits
125g melted butter
600g cream cheese
150g condensed milk
150 ml whipping cream
10g gelatin
5 tbsp cold water
60g sugar
1 1/2 cup coconut desiccated
30g chocolate
10g coconut desiccated
Directions:
1. Add the biscuits to a blender and blend them until fine crumbs. Add the biscuits crumbs and melted butter in a bawl and mix well.
2. Put the biscuit base in a 20 cm springform and press them. Put in the fridge for 30 min.
3. Add the cream cheese, condensed milk, sugar, whipping cream, and bloomed and melted gelatin in a large bowl. Blend the consistency using a hand blender.
4. Add the coconut desiccated and mix with a spatula.
5. Pour the cream over the biscuit base and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours.
6. Use chocolate and coconut desiccated to decorate the cheesecake.
