Ingredients
175g smooth dark chocolate by Sainsbury's
175g English butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
250g Fairtrade golden caster sugar
3 large British free-range Woodland egg by Sainsbury's, beaten
100g British plain flour by Sainsbury's, sieved
25g cocoa by Sainsbury's
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Grease and line 32x22x5cm rectangular baking tray with baking paper.
2. Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water for about 5 minutes, until melted. To melt in the microwave, place in a microwave proof jug and melt for 2 minutes on full power.
3. Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and whisk with a hand-held electric whisk until light and pale.
4. Sift in the flour and cocoa. Add the melted chocolate mixture and fold the ingredients together until smooth.
5. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for between 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the tin before turning out and cutting into 16 squares.

How To Make Fudge Brownies/Best Fudgy Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
12 oz semi sweet chocolate morsels
divide chocolate morsels 1 1/3 cups and 2/3 cups
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium high heat, add butter and cook 3 to 5 minutes stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Set chocolate mixture aside for about 20 minutes until it is luke warm.
While chocolate mixture is cooling. grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, cocoa salt and baking powder in a bowl. Use a wisk or fork and blend well.Set aside.When chocolate and butter mixture is luke warm add eggs one at a time. Make sure each egg is blended well before adding the next egg. Add vanilla extract and mix.Add flour mixture and stir until flour is combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
If using chopped pecans stir into batter.
Scrape mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish and smooth with spatuala.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brownie mixture begins to pull away from the side of the dish and the top is no longer shiny. Let cool for 45 minutes.
