1/2 tb Yeast
3 c Flour, bread
1/2 c Oats
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Butter
16 oz Blueberries, canned
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour except blueberries into bakery, in order. Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Pour undrained blueberries into 2-cup measure. Add water or drain juice so total volume is 1-1/2 cups. Set "baking control" to medium. Select "white bread" and push

Banana zucchini bread is a healthy and delicious recipe that packs the beloved flavor of banana bread with the mouthwatering moistness of zucchini bread.
You'll love this recipe because you can make it with simple pantry staples and because it's the moistest, softest, and tastiest quick bread you'll ever try.
⭐️ Ingredients
WET INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas 12 ounces, 330 grams or 1⅓ cup mashed
2 medium zucchini 10 ounces or 300 grams, or 2 cups grated with the large holes of a box grater
¼ cup (55 grams) olive oil or another neutral vegetable oil
½ cup (100 grams) sugar
¼ cup (60 grams) almond milk or any other milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
DRY INGREDIENTS
2 cups (300 grams) all-purpose flour or 50% whole-wheat flour and 50% all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons (8 grams) baking powder
1 teaspoon (4 grams) baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
ADD-INS
⅓ cup (60 grams) dark chocolate chips
½ cup (60 grams) walnuts chopped

Blueberry Oat Bread
Ingredients *Yields 1 Loaf*
-1 cup of warm milk (I used coconut milk. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Only use if dough is too dry)
-1 packet of dry yeast
-1 whole egg + 1 yolk
-4 tbsp. of softened unsalted butter (1 tbsp. reserved for later)
-2 cups of Bread Flour
-1/2 cup of dry oatmeal (Quick Oats)
-2 tbsp. of granulated sugar (Add more to make it sweeter)
-1 tsp. salt
-Cinnamon (optional)
-fresh blueberries or raisins
1. Sprinkle yeast over warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Prove for 5 minutes
2. While yeast proves, combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, salt, and cinnamon
3. In mixer bowl, add eggs, milk/yeast mixture, flour, and softened butter. Mix on low for 5 minutes. Be sure to scrape down the sides. Dough will be slightly sticky. If its too sticky add more flour 1 tbsp. at a time.
4. Pour out dough onto lightly floured surface. Gently knead and add more flour as needed
5. Form into ball and place in greased bowl. Let rise for one hour in warm spot.
6. After 1 hour, pour out dough onto floured surface and gently press out.
7. Roll out dough and brush with the reserved tbsp. of softened butter
8. Add fresh blueberries
9. Gently roll dough into a log and tuck in sides. Place in greased loaf pan and allow to rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour (mine took 30 minutes). During this time, you can start preheating your oven to 375 degrees.
10. After dough finishes rising, brush with egg wash or melted butter. Optional-Sprinkle dried oats on top
11. Place loaf into oven and turn down to 350 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting
