How To make Blondie Crust
1/3 c Butter or margarine
2 c Chocolate chips -- (white or
Dark) 1 3/4 c Flour, all-purpose
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Sugar, brown
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Orange extract
1 ea Egg
1/3 c Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 TEASPOON ORANCE PEAL, AND 1 TEA ORANGE JUICE CAN
BE SUBSTUTED FOR ORANGE EXtrACT. Preheat oven to 350. Lightley grease a 9" pizza pan, or cake pan. In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and 1 cup of the chocolate chips, stirring until smoothe. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Sift flower, baking powder and baking soda into a small bowl. Set aside. Place sugars in large bowl. Add cooled chocolate mixture, vanilla and orange extract, stirring until well blended. Whisk together egg aand condensed milk and blend into chocolate mixture, Stif in flour mixture by hand, beating 50 strokes. Foldin all remainigh chocolate chips . Spread 1/4 inch thickness of batter into pan. Bake 6 min. or

Ingredients
Blondie Crust
1 pouch Betty Crocker™ Cookie Mix Sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
Cheesecake Layer
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Pineapple Topping
1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ gelatin pineapple-flavored
1/2 cup boiling water
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
Steps
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, beat Blondie Crust ingredients with electric mixer on high speed to a crumbly dough. Press in bottom of baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown and center appears dry. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 30 minutes.
3. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Set aside. In small bowl, beat whipping cream on high speed to soft peaks, then fold in to cream cheese mixture. Spread on top of cooled blondie crust.
4. In medium bowl, mix gelatin and boiling water with whisk until gelatin is dissolved. Add pineapple. Spoon mixture evenly on top of cheesecake layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until completely set. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows, and serve.
Delicious Blondies Recipe
Blondies traditionally are more of a thick gooey cake batter that pushes the flavors of vanilla and caramel forward while still mixing in white chocolate chunks and nuts. Once it’s cooked it appears blonde in color which obviously is attributed to the name, blondies.
I personally believe the addition of white chocolate is a necessity as you would really need to load it up with vanilla for those rich flavors to come forth. This is in my professional opinion.

Recipe:
• 3 sticks melted unsalted butter
• 2 cups packed light brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 medium eggs
• 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract
• 3 cups Bob’s Red Mill Fine Pastry Flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• pinch of sea salt
• 2 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 cup roughly minced pecans

Procedures:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°.
2. Add the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla to a large mixing bowl and whisk until completely combined.
3. Next, add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the bowl and mix until combined.
4. Pour in the white chocolate and pecans and fold into the batter using a rubber spatula until completely mixed in.
5. Transfer the mixture to a prepared 9x9 baking pan and bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until the edges are firm and the center is soft.
6. Cool completely to room temperature before slicing and serving with ice cream, caramel, fresh berries and whipped cream!

70 ml milk
9'' X 13'' (23-CM X 33-CM) PAN
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30-40 mins, but keep an eye on it.
Test with a toothpick for doneness!
NOTE: You can adjust the quantity of sugar to suit your taste. Feel free to use less sugar if you prefer a less sweet cake.Enjoy! ????????
