for the recipe heres all you need......
In this video I made 2 Recipe the recipe below is 1 recipe
Recipe for (1)
for the cake recipe heres all we need
2 c all purpose flour
3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1/2 t salt
1/2 T baking powder
1/2 T baking soda
1 1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c brown or light brown sugar
1/2 c evap +1/2 c water + 1 T vinegar (alternative 1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup freshmilk + T vinegar)
1 cup canola or vegetable oil
1 t vanilla
1/2 T coffee dissolve in 1 c hot boiled water
note : I used clear white vinegar you can use apple cider or datu puti vinegar
For the frosting
200 ml Heavy whipping cream (chilled atleast 6-12 hrs)
I used ( non-dairy Prontalluso Brand)
1 cup icing or Powdered sugar
1 tspn almond extract or vanilla
Choco flakes and decoration
150 grams semi sweet dark chocolate
Chopped red cherries
Whole red cherries with stem is reccomended
Cherry syrup from red cherries

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Plain Cake:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups (250g)
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee ½ tsp
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 200g (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 4 (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
Prepare Coffee Butter Frosting:
-Sugar 2 Cups
-Cream 2 tbs
-Instant coffee 2 tbs
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 150g (room temperature)
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee ½ tsp
-Hot water ½ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Plain Cake:
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder,sift all dry ingredients together then mix well & set aside.
-In milk,add instant coffee,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter & beat until fluffy.
-Add caster sugar & beat again.
-Add eggs,one by one & beat after each addition.
-Add half quantity of dry ingredients & beat on low speed.
-Add prepared coffee milk,vanilla essence & beat again.
-Add remaining dry ingredients and beat on low speed until well combined.
-Grease 9” inch baking pan with butter and line with butter paper.
-Pour cake batter on greased baking pan and tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes.
-Take out cake from the oven & let it cool on a wire rack.
Prepare Coffee Butter Frosting:
-In a spice mill,add sugar and grind to make a powder then sift & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream,instant coffee,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter & beat until it changes color.
-Gradually add powdered sugar,salt & beat well.
-Add cream & coffee mixture,vanilla essence & beat until well combined then transfer to a piping bag.
-In a small jug,add caster sugar,instant coffee,hot water,mix well & set aside.
-Trim a thin layer from the top of sponge cake with a serrated knife and then horizontally cut a layer of cake.
-Place first layer of cake on a cake stand,add coffee syrup,add & spread coffee butter frosting,almonds and place top layer of cake over it.
-Add & spread coffee syrup and coffee butter frosting & frost the outside of the cake with coffee butter frosting.
-Apply chopped almonds on the sides of the cake.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
-Cut into desired slices & serve!

Black Forest Pastry
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Baking powder ¾ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 6 room temperature
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil 5 tbs
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s Dairy cream 400ml
-Icing sugar 1/3 Cup
-Hot water 1 Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup
Assembling: 02:10
-Cherry jam
-Canned fruit cocktail (strained)
-Chocolate chips
-Chocolate shavings
-Cherry
Directions:
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and salt,sift together then mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and beat until fluffy (4-5 minutes).
-Gradually add dry flour ingredients and beat until well combined (on low speed).
-Add cooking oil and beat again.
-Greased 8 x 11” baking tray with oil and lined with butter paper,add prepared batter and tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 18-20 minutes.
-Take out cake from the oven and let it cool on wire rack.
-On a large bowl,add ice cubes and place another bowl over it.
-Add cream and beat well.
-Add icing sugar and beat until soft peaks form (8-10 minutes) then transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
-In a small jug,add hot water,sugar and mix well until dissolved.Sugar syrup is ready!
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-Trim a thin layer from the top of sponge cake with a serrated knife and then horizontally cut a layer of cake.
-Apply sugar syrup on the half base of sponge cake and pipe out whipped olper’s cream,cherry jam and spread evenly.
-Add fruit cocktail,chocolate chips and place the top half of sponge & press down gently.
-Brush the top layer with the remining sugar syrup,frost the outside of the cake with remining whipped olper’s cream & spread evenly.
-Garish with chocolate shavings and refrigerate until chilled.
-Cut into slices,garnish with whipped olper’s cream,cherry & serve!

-Bowl mein sifter rakh ker maida,cocoa powder,baking powder aur namak dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday aur bareek cheeni dal ker fluffy huay tak beat ker lein (4-5 minutes).
-Thora thora ker ka dry flour ingredients shamil karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein (on low speed).
-Cooking oil dal ker dubara beat karein.
-8 x 11” baking tray ko oil sa grease karein aur butter paper laga lein,tayyar batter dal ker tap ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 160 C per 18-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal lein aur wire rack per rakh ker thanda ker lein.
-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur ek aur bowl rakh dein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar dal ker soft peaks form hunay tak beat ker lein (8-10 minutes) phir piping bag mein transfer ker lein aur use hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Chotay jug mein garam pani aur cheeni dal dein aur dissolve ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.Sugar syrup tayyar hai.
-Thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Sponge cake ki top layer ko serrated knife kki madad sa trim karein aur horizontally cake ki layer cut ker lein.
-Half base per sugar syrup apply karein,whipped olper’s cream aur cherry jam dal ker evenly spread ker lein.
-Fruit cocktail aur chocolate chips dal ker upper sa half sponge cake rakh dein aur gently press ker lein.
-Top layer per remaining sugar syrup laga lein,remaining whipped olper’s cream dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Chocolate shavings sa garnish karein aur thanda hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Slices mein cut karein,whipped olper’s cream aur cherry sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
