How To make Black& White Cheesecake
1/2 c Marshmallow creme OR
3/4 c Milk -- heated to boiling
1 c Mini-marshmallows
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
9 oz Prepared Graham cracker
-crust 3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pk Unflavored gelatin
1 t Vanilla (opt)
1/4 c Milk -- cold
Spread marshmallow creme or scatter marshmallows over bottom of prepared crust; set aside. In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk; process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and

(A) Crust 饼底
- Oreos 奥利奥饼干 (80g)
- Unsalted butter 无盐黄油 (30g)
(B) Cheesecake 芝士蛋糕层
♦ Dark Chocolate Layer 黑巧克力层 ♦
- Cream cheese 奶油芝士 (125g)
- Dark chocolate 黑巧克力 (70g)
- Whipping cream 鲜奶油 (70g)
- Condensed milk 甜炼奶 (1 tsp)
♦ White Chocolate Layer 白巧克力层 ♦
- Cream cheese 奶油芝士 (125g)
- White chocolate 白巧克力 (70g)
- Whipping cream 鲜奶油 (70g)
(C) Chocolate Ganache 巧克力淋面
- Dark chocolate 黑巧克力 (80g)
- Whipping cream 鲜奶油 (80g)
- Unsalted butter 无盐黄油 (8g)
♦♦Chill in fridge overnight

NOTE:
1) Use good quality chocolate for best outcome
2) The cake can hold its shape without gelatin, under room temperature around 1 hour. Please refrigerate again if it is soften

1) 用高品质的巧克力会让蛋糕更好吃哦
2)这个蛋糕没有添加吉利丁也能维持形状。如果在室温下放置不建议超过1个小时以上。若开始软化了可以放回冰箱冷藏一下子

Black and White Chocolate Cheesecake

Add the chocolate cookies into a plastic bag, secure it, and crush them with a rolling pin.
Move them in a large bowl and pour the melted butter over them. Use a fork and mix until smooth.
Move the crushed biscuits on the bottom of a round cake tin and refrigerate it for the next half hour.
Grab a bowl and mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat, fill about half of it with water, and bring it to a boil. Top it with a bowl, and add the milk and dark chocolate. Melt them while slowly mixing with a spatula.
Pour half of the melted chocolate in the cream cheese mixture, and mix until you get a thick and smooth cream. Let the other half aside.
Take out the biscuit base from the fridge and pour the cream cheese mixture over it. Level it with a spatula.
Spread the remaining melted chocolate on the cream cheese mixture. Level it over the cheesecake.
Grab the white chocolate and melt it the same way you’ve melted the dark and milk chocolate. Let it sit in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes and after it's beginning to thicken a little bit, add it into a piping bag.
Use the white chocolate to decorate the cheesecake.
