ICING:
1/2 c Margarine 8 oz Cream cheese 2 c Powdered sugar Put eggs in a 1/2 cup measure and fill to 1/2 cup with water. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, crushed pineapple and vanilla. Bake in round or oblong pan at 350~ for about 35 minutes. Icing. Beat ingredients well and pour over warm cake. -----

Baking Birdie's simple madeleine recipe

Ingredients: Makes about 18 madeleine
Tsp = Teaspoon, TBS = Tablespoon, Cup = measuring cup
1 cup or 250ml flour ½ cup or 125ml butter
¼ cup or 60ml honey
2 large eggs
40ml sugar
1 Tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt 2 Tsp lemon juice
How:
In a saucepan melt butter and honey, remove from heat and mix in lemon juice and set aside
In a separate bowl, whip eggs, and sugar until creamy, add in sifted flour and baking powder and a pinch of salt and continue mixing, add the butter mixture and whip until smooth, do not over mix
Place the batter in the fridge for 1 hour, take it out and transfer it to a piping bag (if you don't have a piping bag, you can use a spoon to pour the batter into the madeleine pan)
Grease the madeleine pan with melted butter and pour the batter 3 quarters full
Place the pan in the fridge for an extra 15min whilst you preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celcius
Bake the madeleines at 220 degrees Celcius for the first 4min or until they have developed a dome at the top then reduce to 180 degrees Celcius for another 4 - 5 min or until the madeleine are golden brown and have properly baked
Let them cool before you can remove them from the pan

Follow me on Instagram: @babybirdpopcorn Ingredients 1/2 cup batter, melted 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 can pineapple slices (cut in half) 1 box yellow cake mix 1 box vanilla pudding mix 3 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup milk (more if you need it)
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray 3. Melt your butter and pour it in the bundt pan 4. Sprinkle the brown sugar in the bundt pan 5. Add the pineapple rings to the bottom of the pan. If you want cherries, then add them in at this time. Paloma added extra bits of pineapple to this cake. 6. In a bowl, combine the cake and pudding mix. Add reserved pineapple juice, milk, oil, eggs, and mix. 7. Pour batter in the bundt pan 8. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean 9. Cool the cake before inverting it onto a plate or serving platter. 10. Enjoy!!!
