Lebkuchen: Video Recipe (or how not to botch a favorite Christmas cookie)
Wherein the author shows how to make genuine German Lebkuchen. A heavy, rich (but fat free) soft and chewie cookie that's a little like gingerbread...but not quite. It's actually better. We replace the fat with mass amounts of carbs. So it's actually worse for your arteries. The full recipe is included in the video. For best results ignore what the guy is saying and look at the written recipe toward the end. (Shot with a Sony HX5V. Edited with Sony Vegas 7....for the techno nerds out there)
