How To make Beige Brownies
1 ea Egg
1 c Brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Walnuts, chopped (optional)
Oil an 8-inch square pan. Stir together egg, sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, then add walnuts. Spread in pan, and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes; centers will be soft. Cool before cutting into 2-inch squares. Makes 16 bars

Hey Perfectly Pampered Cooks! This video was inspired by a few things. First two of my FAVORITE MAKEUP GURUS were having rough weeks. Shout out to Jaclyn Hill, who I mentioned in the video, and also Marlena from Makeup Geek. So these brownies...what can i say they are the perfect dark chocolate bite that a girl (or a guy lol) needs. Sorry for the horrible camera angle! It was a technical difficulties kind of day! Also, the scoop I used is the small scoop and is 1 TBSP not TSP. Here is the recipe and links to the handy Pampered Chef tools i used
B**** Be Gone Brownie Bites
1 Cp Sugar
3/4 Cp Flour
1/2 Cp Cocoa
2 Tsp Baking Corn Starch
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
2/3 Cp Vanilla Yogurt
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Egg Whites (optional)
Combine all dry ingredients in mixer. Add yogurt. Batter will be VERY THICK! DO NOT PANIC!! Grease a brownie or mini muffin, or 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 in brownie or muffin pan or 20-30 in 8x8 pan. ENJOY!

Healthy & Delicious Salted Caramel Brownies

o Equipment: 1 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking dish
Ingredients:
+ For the brownies:
• 9 x 9 inch (23 x 23 cm) baking tray
• 8 TBS (113g) unsalted butter
• 2 TBS (30 mL) olive oil
• 1 ¼ cup (250g) sugar
• 6 TBS (42g) unsweetened regular baking cocoa powder
• 5 TBS (37g) unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder/ or Hersey special dark cocoa powder
• 1 TBS (5g) espresso powder/instant coffee (1.5 TBS)– should have but omittable
• 1/3 tsp (2g) Kosher salt
• 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs (cold)
• ½ cup (63g) flour
• 1 tsp (5g) baking powder
+ For the salted caramel sauce:
• 1 TBS (28.5g) unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup (55g) dark brown sugar
• 1 TBS (15 mL) heavy cream
• 1 TBS (15 mL) milk
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
Instructions:
+ To make the salted brownies:
1. Preheat oven to 340 F (171 C)
2. Spray bottom and side of a 9x9 inch (23 x 23 cm) baking tray with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper, leave overhung on 2 sides for easy lifting later.
3. Medium pan on medium heat
4. Add butter, oil, sugar, 2 types of cocoa powder, coffee, salt
5. Stir occasionally until butter is melted. Remove from heat
6. Add eggs, stir until eggs are not visible.
7. Add flour, baking powder. Stir until flour is not visible
8. Bake for 23-28 minutes or until toothpick comes out almost clean
9. Lift off the pan. Remove the parchment once slightly cool down.
10. Let’s cool down completely before drizzling sauce
+ To make the salted caramel sauce:
1. Small sauce pan over medium-high heat
2. Add all ingredients in.
3. Stir until butter melted. Reduce heat medium.
4. Soft boil for 6 minutes.
5. Remove from heat. Let cool down for a bit
6. Transfer to a squeeze bottle to drizzle on the brownies or you may try spooning on the brownies.
Simplest Basic Buttercream Frosting :: Korean Simple Buttercream :: not sweet
[ingredients]
* Enough to cover a 6 inch 2~3 layer cake.
100 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
40 g (1/6 cup) water
280 g (1 + 1/4 cup) unsalted butter
*For a 7-inch, 3-layer cake, use 1.5 times the amount.
Use twice as much for an 8-inch 3-layer cake or a 9-inch 2-layer cake.

110g 다크초콜릿
55g 달걀(1개)
55g 마스코바도설탕
소금 한 꼬집
1g 바닐라익스트랙
40g 중력분
8g 코코아가루
2g 베이킹파우더

만드는 방법
*사전준비*
1.중력분, 코코아가루, 베이킹파우더를 잘 섞고 체에 내립니다.
2.버터와 다크초콜릿을 중탕으로 녹이고 실온에서 10분 정도 식힙니다.
3.달걀에 머스코바도 설탕, 소금, 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 베이지색이 날 때까지 휘핑합니다.
4.녹여 둔 버터와 다크초콜릿을 두번에 나눠 넣고 섞습니다.
5.체쳐 둔 가루들을 넣고 주걱으로 섞고 10분 동안 실온에서 휴지합니다.
6.반죽이 되직해지면 아이크림 스쿱으로 떠서 팬에 올려줍니다.
7.반죽 위에 소금을 살짝 뿌립니다.
8.180℃ 예열된 오븐에서 10분간 굽습니다.
9.식기 전에 쿠키커터를 이용해서 동그란 모양으로 다듬어 줍니다.
