Alle Aromen eines klassischen Cheeseburgers, gebacken in einer Frittata! Es ist einfach zu machen und wirklich herzhaft. Auf jeden Fall großartig für eine Menschenmenge. Wenn Sie keine ofenfeste Pfanne haben, können Sie das Rindfleisch und die Zwiebeln anbraten und dann alles in eine Auflaufform geben. Servieren Sie dieses käsige Meisterwerk mit etwas Sriracha oder Ketchup an der Seite. Auch wenn Sie keinen Ofen haben, können Sie ihn einfach mit einem Deckel abdecken und bei schwacher Hitze 15 Minuten lang kochen, bis die Eier fest sind und der Käse schmilzt! Ground Beef Stroganoff

1.25 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 box white button mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt & pepper to taste
¼ tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 c. low sodium beef broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ c. sour cream
dried parsley for garnish
cooked egg noodles for serving
Preheat a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and break it up with a wooden spoon. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and the dried thyme. Cook until the ground beef is browned, the onions have softened, and the mushroom are golden. Sprinkle the flour over top and stir to coat. Cook for about a minute over medium heat. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir and bring to a simmer to thicken for a few minutes. Turn off heat and stir in the sour cream. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Serve over cooked egg noodles and sprinkle with dried parsley as a garnish, if desired.

Ground Beef Stroganoff! (Over Extra Wide Egg Noodles)
Brown and drain 2 lbs. of 80/20 burger
Season with 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder,
1/2 tsp. onion powder, and 1/4 tsp. salt. (set aside)
Saute on medium heat 2 diced medium onions in 1/2 stick of
butter until soft, then add the other 1/2 of a stick of butter and
3 cups of sliced mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms with the onions for 3 to 4 minutes... Salt and pepper to taste. (set aside)
In a large skillet pour in a 10 1/2 oz. can of Campbell's Beef
Consomme' (do not dilute with water) Make a slurry of 1/3 cup
all purpose flour and 1/3 cup water (or a bit more) Slowly whisk
the flour and water mixture into the beef consomme' cook for 3 to 5 minutes to cook the flour smooth, add 1 tsp. minced garlic, then
1 & 1/2 cups of sour cream. Now add 1 tbsp. tomato paste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Now add the mushrooms, onions and ground beef back in a mix to together then set on low. Now cook a 1 lb. bag of extra wide egg noodles and drain. Add 1 tsp. of olive oil in the drained noodles to keep them from sticking together,
Pour the hot noodles in a large serving dish and pour on the
beef mixture. Put a large scoop of sour cream on top and sprinkle
a bit of parsley flakes on top. Serve with garlic bread!

SIMPLE BEEF STROGANOFF - Ground Beef Recipe
This simple beef stroganoff is made with ground beef instead of the typical sliced beef ribeye, sirloin or tenderloin. My recipe uses seasoned ground chuck hamburger meat with onions, garlic and cream of mushroom soup served with large and buttery egg noodles. Easy and delicious recipe ready in about 30 minutes.
Shopping List:
1 lb. ground beef, 80/20
1/2 large sweet onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 cup beef broth or stock
Sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 stick salted butter, more for the noodles.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, or 1 cup sour cream, plain Greek yogurt or buttermilk
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 cup kosher salt for the pasta water. Use 1/2 that much if using table salt.
1/2 tsp. black pepper (I use course black pepper)
1 lb. large egg noodles
Parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the noodles per package directions.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat and add the butter.
When the butter has melted add the onions, add 1/2 tsp salt, and cook until soft, about 6-7 minutes.
Add the garlic and stir around for about 30 seconds until fragrant then add the ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and cook until all of the pink has cooked out.
Drain any excess fat.
Add the flour and stir around for about 2 minutes until the raw flour taste is cooked out.
Add the tsp. salt and black pepper to the ground beef and stir.
Add the beef broth and stir.
Add the Worcestershire and stir.
Add the mushroom soup or sour cream and stir. (I don't care for sour cream so that's why I'm using the soup.
Drain the noodles (don't rinse).
Either add the drained pasta and the reserved pasta water to the ground beef mixture or vice-versa, or you can serve over the egg noodles. Up to you!
Toss the noodles with the ground beef mixture, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
