How To make Beef Brisket with Barbeque Sauce
3/4 c Water
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Vinegar
2 ts Beef bouillon; granules
1 ts Mustard; dry
1 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Red pepper; ground
2 Garlic cloves; minced
2 1/2 lb Beef brisket
1/2 c Catsup
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Margarine; or butter
For cooking liquid, in a bowl combine water, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, bouillon, mustard, chili powder, red pepper, and garlic; reserve 1/2 c. liquid for sauce. Trim fat from brisket. If necessary, cut
brisket to fit crockery. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 10-12 hours or high-heat setting for 5-6 hours. For sauce, in a small sauce pan combine 1/2 c reserved liquid, catsup, brown sugar, and margarine. Heat through. Pass sauce with meat.

50g butter
1/2 onion
salt and peper
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
200ml ketchup
2 tbs yellow mustard
1 tbs Black treacle
1 tbs honey
3 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs Worcester sauce
chopped brisket
Melt the butter slow and cook the onion on low heat until soft.
Add the the other ingredients still keeping rhe Heat low.
Make sure rhe brisket is heated through.
Keep warm until serving.
DO NOT STORE, USE ON THE DAY YOU MAKE IT!!

Brisket Sauce is a great compliment to good slow smoked Beef Brisket. The different flavors paired with the coffee give it a special flavor that works wonder for brisket.

***RECIPE***
2 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 medium red onion minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1.5 Tbsp garlic powder or 3 fresh cloves minced
1 cup ketchup (use a quality brand)
1 cup honey
1/2 cup strong coffee -
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (use a quality brand)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup gochujang (red pepper paste) -
***DIRECTIONS***
Heat oil over medium high heat, add onion, cook about 4 minutes until they become soft, add garlic powder, mix well and cook about 2 minutes.
Add all other items, bring to a boil for 1 minute, reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes stirring often. Remove from heat, allow to cool at room temp. Can be served warm.
It will keep for about 3 weeks in your fridge.
