1 cup (250 grams) ketchup
2 tablespoons (30 grams) soy sauce
2 tablespoons (30 grams) apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons (30 grams) brown sugar
1 tablespoon (15 grams) mustard
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce optional

I love barbeque dishes, they have this unique taste of sweet, salty and spicy taste to them. It is all because it is so easy to make at home and you know what goes in them and you can adjust it as per your taste. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 20 to 25 mins
Makes: around 1 cups
Ingredients:
butter – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 4 cloves
Onion – 1 medium-size peeled and chopped
Tomato Ketchup – 1 cup
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1/4 cup or to taste
Jaggery / Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Flakes – 2 to 3 tblspn
Method:
Heat butter in a pan, add onion, garlic and sauté till golden.
Add in all sauces and other ingredients. mix well, cover and simmer for 10 mins.
Now remove it from heat and let it cool.
Take this in a blender and puree till smooth.
Store this in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 weeks or in the freezer for many many months.
Notes:
1)The sauces which you add is as per your taste, so taste and adjust it.
2)You can store this in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 weeks or in the freezer for many many months.
3)You can just apply this sauce over chicken, fish, meat, veggies, paneer, tofu or anything and roast them or grill them.

1 tsp. ginger, grated
1 tbsp. UFC Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. UFC Ground Black Pepper
2 pirasong star anise
1/2 tasa tubig or chicken stock
1 tbsp. sesame oil

Ingredients:
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup cane sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1 shallot
2 pieces garlic
1 tbsp cayenne or chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high
2. Simmer the sauce in a saucepan on medium heat for 20-25min. Stir occasionally
3. Chill overnight

BreakFast In A Lumpia Wrapper (Make It Your Way)
Breakfast Lumpia Rolls
50 individual lumpia wrappers
2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 1b. hickory smoked bacon
1 sweet onion (Finely chopped)
4 red potatoes (small diced)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
8 eggs, large
1 lb. cheese, sharp, cheddar (shredded)
sea salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Brown the ground sausage over medium heat until it’s slightly pink, drain the grease, then add potatoes. Continue to cook for about 3-4 minutes. Then add onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to completely chill before adding cheese.
3. Begin wrapping the breakfast lumpia, you may cook these right after you make them, or you can freeze them and prepare them as needed.
NOTE: If you freeze them, allow them to thaw before frying because they are bigger than your average lumpia.

Favorite Coffee BBQ Sauce Recipe for Pork & Chicken (from scratch, no ketchup)
In this video we're making a batch of my famous Great Lakes Prepping BBQ Sauce (and we are absolutely NOT using a bottle of ketchup as our starting point!) This is an easy but delicious barbecue sauce recipe that you've got to try. After making this sauce, we'll slather it all over some incredible country-style pork ribs.

Sauce Recipe:
1 3/4 cups tomato puree
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon mesquite Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or your preferred hot sauce)
1/8 cup A1 steak sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup strong coffee (just the liquid coffee - make some coffee with 1 cup of water and 1/3 cup coffee grounds)
Mix all ingredients thoroughly together in a medium saucepan. Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to a very low simmer. Simmer for about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Put sauce in a jar and allow to cool before refrigerating. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
