How To make Indonesian Brisket Of Beef
3 lb Beef brisket
3 Cloves of garlic, diced
1/2 lb Bacon
3 Onions, sliced
4 c Cooked pinto beans
1 c Ketchup
3 Carrots, sliced
2 Hot peppers, diced
3 Tomatoes, cubed
2 c Celery, sliced
2 c Corn
1 ts Vegetable seasoning
Boil brisket for 3 hours. After 2 1/2 hours, combine garlic, bacon, onions, and beans; bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Add boiled brisket to baking ingredients; also add rest of ingredients; continue baking at 350 degrees for another 1/2 hour. Remove from oven; allow to cool; refrigerate. Serve the next day with rice.

Voted the most delicious food in the world, this Indonesian/Malaysian beef curry is one of the most complex flavoured dishes I've ever made. Herbs, spices and coconut milk are slowly cooked and reduced into a thick flavourful sauce that coats the fork tender beef.
It's a dish that takes patience, but it's quite easy and is well worth every minute spent. Beef is my favourite but you can also try making chicken rendang, using bone-in dark meat chicken.

Beef Brisket Curry
If you have been to Hong Kong, you would have, most likely, tasted the delicious beef brisket curry noodle on Gough Street. Here I am trying to replicate that flavour.
Note: One of the key ingredients of beef brisket curry is beef tendon - the very tasty slippery and tender beef tendon. Unfortunately I am not able to find any beef tendon for sale here in Brisbane so the dish as is not quite completely satisfying. If you can find beef tendon, do include that in this dish - just make sure you boil beef tendon for at least 30 mins to achieve the tenderness required for this dish.

Nah kali ini aku mau berbagi resep sapi lada hitam. untuk mendapatkan rasa yang enak, gunakan daging sapi bagian tenderloin atau sirloin. jika tidak ada bagian tenderloin atau sirloin, empukkan dulu dagingnya dengan bagian belakang pisau atau pengempuk daging seperti di video. supaya tetap lembut, daging digoreng sebentar saja dengan api yang besar. untuk saat menumis juga gunakan api besar supaya ada aroma dari woknya. tku
Marinasi sapi:
250 gram daging Sapi bagian has luar atau sirloin
1 sdm Tepung maizena
1 sdm kecap asin pekat
2 sdm minyak sayur
1/4 sdt lada putih
1 butir Telur ayam
Saus:
2 sdm Kecap asin pekat
1 sdm Kecap manis
2 sdm Saus tiram
1 sdm Kecap inggris
1 sdm Minyak wijen
Bahan lainnya:
3 siung Bawang putih
1/2 buah Bawang bombai
2 batang Daun bawang bagian putih saja
1/2 buah Paprika merah
1/2 buah Paprika hijau
1 sdm Lada hitam bubuk
75 ml air+1sdt tepung maizena

1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 egg
Sauce:
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tbsp sesame oil
Other ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
2 stalks green onion (white part only)
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tbsp ground black pepper
75 ml water + 1 tsp corn starch
