How To make Becky's Louisiana Spoon Bread
1.00 c Cornmeal
3.00 c Milk; scalded
2.00 ts Salt
1.00 ts Sugar
1.00 tb Butter; melted
3.00 ea Egg yolks; beaten
3.00 ea Egg whites; stifly beaten
After scalding the milk in a saucepan over high heat, reduce to low and add cornmeal. Cook 5 minutes. Add salt and cool slightly. Add the butter and sugar then add the egg yolks, stirring rapidly and mixing well. Fold in the egg whites. Bake in a greased baking dish 350 degrees F, about 45 minutes. Serve immediately.

Huguenot Torte From Loretta Whelpton
This is an older South Carolina recipe from Loretta's grandmother.
Here's her recipe:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup chopped tart apples
4 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans
Beat whole eggs in mixer until very frothy and lemon colored.
Add the other ingredients in the above order.
Pour into a well-buttered baking dish - 8 x 8
Bake at 325 degrees oven 45 minutes until crusty and brown.
This will rise and fall before done. Serves 8. Good with ice cream or whipped cream on top. My grandmother's old S.C. recipe.

Meat Pie Filling:
5g/ 1 tsp Olive or Avocado Oil or Butter
30g/ 1/3 cup Diced Onion (optional)
500g/ 3 cups Ground Beef
3g/ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
3g/ 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
50g/ 1/3 cup Water
½ cup of Heavy Cream/ Red Cooking Sauce or Broth
Season with Salt to taste
6g/ 3 tsp CK Flour (to thicken the sauce)
½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Easy CK Pie Crust
180g CK Flour
1 tsp Gelatin Powder
2 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 Egg Whites
4 Ingredient Carnivore Pie Dough:
