Ingredients 1 - Flank Steak ~ 2lbs ½ Cup - Fresh Cilantro 1/2 Cup - Diced Onions 1 - Juice of Lime 4 - Garlic Cloves 1 tablespoon - Crushed Red Pepper 1 tablespoon - Salt 1/2 tablespoon - Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
Score Flank Steak
Add Steak to Marinade container Mix all remaining ingredients together to make the marinade Add ingredients to the container (ensure both sides of the flank steak are covered in the marinade. Refrigerate overnight
Remove steak from fridge and allow the steak to come to room temperature for ~1 hour before cooking
Light Charcoal Grill for direct cooking Preheat the grill to ~500F for a hot fast cook.
Add Flank Steak to the grill. Cook on one side for 3 min rotating Steak often Flip Flank Steak over Cook on one the other side for 3 min rotating Steak often Remove Steak when internal temperature is ~ 125F Tent and Allow Steak to rest for 10 min Slice at a 45-degree angle against the grain Serve and enjoy
