Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
1⁄3 cup cup of milk (I use homo but 2 percent will do.)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 medium sausages cut into bite size chunks (Hone garlic or Italian work great.)
1 tablespoon oil for frying
1⁄2 medium red onion, chopped
1 1⁄2 cup diced hashbrown potatoes
10 medium cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup old sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium green onion, chopped

Hoppel Poppel | ஹொப்பெல் போப்பேல் | German Farmer's Breakfast (Bauernfrühstück) [Non Veg Recipes]
Hoppelpoppel is a traditional way to use up leftovers in Berlin. Made with meat, potatoes, onions, and eggs, it’s one of those great quick recipes you can put together in no time. It is similar to the traditional Bauernfrühstück.... a farmer's breakfast.
Ingredients/தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
Small potatoes / உருளைக்கிழங்கு - 6 to 8
Diced onions / வெங்காயம் - 1 cup
Diced green & red pepper / குடை மிளகாய் - 1 cup
Chicken / கோழி இறைச்சி - 1 cup
Eggs / முட்டை - 6
Grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese / செடார் & மோஸ்சரெல்லா சீஸ் - 1 cup
Butter / வெண்ணெய் - 2 tbsp
Chilli Powder / மிளகாய் தூள் - 1/2 tsp
Fresh corriander / கொத்தமல்லி தழை
Spring onions / வெங்காயத்தாள்
Oil / எண்ணெய்
Pepper / மிளகு தூள்
Salt to taste / தேவைக்கேற்ப உப்பு
Instructions:
1. Pour water in to a vessel
2. Add salt
3. Let water come to boil
4. Add peeled potatoes
5. Boil potatoes until barely tender, about 15 minutes
6. Drain and cut into ¼-inch slices.
6. Take 6 eggs, add pepper and salt
7. Beat it well and keep it aside
7. Take a pan and add enough oil to fry
8. Add chicken pieces into the pan
9. Saute well
10. Add chilli powder, pepper and salt
11. Fry it until the chicken is 80 % done
12. Transfer it into a bowl
