How To make Barbequed Pork
PAM COOMBES (RNCM95A) 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 Green onion
cut in half
2 tablespoon Dry red wine
1 Clove garlic :
crushed
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 Whole pork tenderloins
1 tablespoon Honey
(about 12 oz each) 2 teaspoon Red food coloring -- optional
trimmed
Combine soy sauce; wine,sugar,honey, food coloring, cinnamon, onion and garlic in large bowl. Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place tenderloins on wire rack over baking pan. Bake in preheated 350F oven, turning and basting often with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 45 minutes. Remove pork from oven; cool. Cut into diagonal slices. Makes about 8 appetizer size servings This is very nice served with green onion curls.

-1Kg pork belly sliced
-1/2cup soy sauce
-3/4cup light brown sugar
-2 and 1/2Tbsp calamansi juice
-1Tbsp garlic powder (optional but highly suggested)
-1 head garlic crushed
-ground black pepper
-basting sauce is... (TIP!!! you could double the amount of marinade listed above to have extra for your basting sauce)
-1/2cup cooking oil,
-1/2cup of the marinade
-100g banana ketchup

Vietnamese Grilled Pork | Vietnamese bbq pork recipe
Vietnamese Grilled Pork can be enjoyed with rice, noodle or by itself. just a few ingredients, you will have a whole party gather around the grill to munch away.
1/4 tsp Five Spice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
5 lb pork shoulder or butt
Optional:
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp chicken powder
3 Tbsp minced shallots
3 Tbsp minced lemongrass
1/2 tsp paprika or annatto powder
Can replace BBQ with Hoisin
Can replace Honey with Maple Syrup

Chinese BBQ Pork Recipe - Char Siu | Chinese Recipe
Chinese BBQ pork is loved the world over, and it's not hard to make at home! With some key ingredients and a couple of technique, it might even be better than buying, actually, it probably will be :)

EASY PORK BARBECUE WITH JAVA RICE
1 kilo pork meat (tender part)
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon rock salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons pounded garlic
½ cup brown sugar
Sauce:
¼ c soy sauce
¼ c banana catsup
¼ c peanut butter
¼ c brown sugar
¼ c water
Java rice:
1 tablespoon atsuete powder
2 tablespoons banana catsup
2 tablespoons oyster sauce or soy sauce
¼ cup cooking oil
chopped red pimientos
3-4 cups steamed rice
