If your a peanut butter lover like am, then this Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast recipe is a must try! This is an easy healthy filling breakfast idea. Made with whole grain bread , natural chunky peanut butter and banana dipped in egg and grilled to perfection. Topped with Blue agave syrup. DEEELISH!!! THE BEST FRENCH TOAST EVER!

TIP! This also makes a great sandwich just add a little honey on the inside and your good to go!

Ingredients: Use as much or little as you want
Whole grain bread ( Orowheat)
Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
Fresh Banana
Blue Agave Syrup
Eggs
Almond Milk
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Coconut Oil

Stuffed French Toast Ingredients
Thick slices of Brioche, Challah or French Bread (cut loaf slices works best)
8 oz Cream Cheese (1 pkg) softened
1/4 cup Sour Cream
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar plus more for topping
2 tsp Vanilla Extract, divided
1 cup Strawberries, Fresh or Frozen, sliced super thin
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
3 large Eggs
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
maple syrup for topping, optional

Banana & Mincemeat Stuffed French Toast

Time once again to take someone else's recipe and just tweak it a little - this time, a banana and maple syrup stuffed French toast, which I'm hoping to spice up a bit with some traditional mincemeat that I bought as a post-Christmas bargain.

This video is a collab with my friend Babatunde in Nigeria - here's his video on the same recipe (please be kind - not all of the ingredients are available out there, so there's some improvisation):
