Dry Ingredients:
2 cups (240g) - All purpose Flour
15g - Truvia
5g - Baking Soda
5g - Baking Powder
5g - Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
Wet Ingredients:
207g - Banana
6g - Vanilla Extract
112g - Dannon Greek Yogurt
2 - Medium Whole Eggs
The macronutrients are:

Carbs:40.81g
Fat:1.85g
Fiber:1.63

Recipe for Gluten-free Oat Flour Banana Bread :
300g gluten-free rolled oats ( 3 C )
3 medium bananas
100g honey ( 5 tbsp )
120g greek yogurt ( 1/2 C )
1 large egg
6g sea salt ( 1 tsp )
2 tsp wine stone baking powder (cream of tartar)
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix wet ingredients:
- Peel bananas, and mash them with a fork. Stir in one egg, add greek yogurt, vanilla essence, and honey.
Mix dry ingredients:
- In a food processor put rolled oats, salt, wine stone baking powder, and cinnamon and blend it all together until flour texture is formed.
Mix wet into dry ingredients:
- Put this flour mixture into a mixing bowl and add dry ingredients.
Mix lightly to combine them.
- Prepare the baking pan with baking paper.
- Put the mixture into the baking pan and sprinkle some rolled oats.
- Bake at 180° Celsius ( 356 F ) for 50 minutes.
- Let it cool. It's best to cut the bread when it has cooled completely.

Low Fat Banana Bread
Soft, moist and low fat banana bread. I used yogurt instead of butter. You can also add nuts if you like. Happy cooking! ????

120 ml yogurt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1.5 cups all purpose flour/wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

This recipe is healthier gluten-free banana bread with almond flour (ground almonds) using no oil or butter. My low-sugar, low-carb, banana bread recipe is sweetened only with banana and a little maple syrup. This banana bread recipe is not strictly keto or vegan, but it is a versatile recipe to adapt to your likes.
I was inspired to create a banana bread recipe for a few friends and family members following special diets for their health. You can enjoy a slice of banana bread but without the side effects. Perfect on it's on or pop in the toaster to warm up.
