How to Make Healthier Bagels in 5 Easy Steps

Ingredients For Dough:
4 Cups Ancient Grain 1:1 Flour Replacement (
1 TB SAF Instant Yeast
1 1/2 C Plant Based Milk (I used homemade Oatmilk)
1/4 C Organic Coconut Sugar
2 TB Avocado Oil (or melted Plant Based Butter)
1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
For Boiling:
12 Cup Water (or enough to fill your pot/dutch oven, etc 3/4 full)
2 TB Baking Soda
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 Beer of choice (optional)
For Toppings:
Egg wash (use Aquafaba or oil for Vegan version)
Coarse Sea Salt
Everything Bagel Mix
