How I Make a Simple Bacon and Cheese Omelette Wrap ????????
How I Make a Simple Bacon and Cheese Omelette Wrap ????????
1 x Large Wrap 2 x Eggs 2 x Rashers of Bacon 40g x Cheddar Cheese 10g x Butter 10mil x Vegetable oil Salt and Pepper
1. Place a frying pan over medium high heat and add in 10 mils of vegetable oil. Slice up the bacon rashers into lardons and fry until crispy. Remove them from the pan and place the pan back over the heat.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Add 10g of butter into the same pan followed by the whisked eggs. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula for 10 seconds and then swirl the egg around the pan to create an even layer.
4. Once the egg has set on top sprinkle in the crispy bacon and grate in 40g of cheddar cheese.
5. In a separate pan over high heat warm your wrap through for 30 seconds on each side. Or 10 seconds in the microwave.
6. Take the wrap from the pan and drizzle with ketchup or a sauce of your choice. Fold or roll the omelette up and place it into the centre of the wrap.
7. Fold in the edges of the wrap and then roll from the bottom. Cut in half and enjoy!
