A few companies are starting to make keto bread that you can purchase at the store; however, it is made with vital wheat protein which is low carb but NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! Even if you don't have Celiac Disease, many of us are still sensitive to gluten and it can cause inflammation in the body.
I wanted to design a loaf of bread recipe for you that is keto-friendly and doesn't involve a bunch of strange ingredients that you have to get, use once and let die in your pantry. This keto bread recipe is simple, involve minimal ingredients that are commonly found in your fridge or pantry and is around 2 grams carbs per slice!

KETO BREAD RECIPE Makes 18 slices 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 4 oz cream cheese 2 eggs 2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup unflavored low carb protein powder 1/4 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt
1️⃣ 00:43 - Add shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 60 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted. 2️⃣ 01:02 - To a food processor, add melted cheese, eggs, almond flour, protein powder, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pulse until combined. 3️⃣ 01:41 - Add the bread dough to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and coated with cooking spray. 4️⃣ 02:03 - Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30-32 minutes. Let cool for 3-5 minutes before removing from the loaf pan. May only take less time depending on your oven. Check after 20 minutes. Bake until golden brown on top.
