How To make Apple Snacking Cake
2 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1/4 c Apple juice
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Apples; peeled/ sliced
1 3/4 c Semisweet miniature
-chocolate chips 1/2 c Pecans; chopped

In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly; add oil, apple juice and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into egg mixture until well blended. Fold in apples, chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake starts to pull away
from sides of pan. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or serve with dollop of whipped cream if desired. -----

-3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
-3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
-1 large egg plus 1 large egg yolk, room temperature
-3/4 cup sour cream
-2 1/4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
-4 1/2 tablespoons whole milk, room temperature
-3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
-1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
-1 1/2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest, plus 1 to 3 tablespoons fresh juice

Quick Apple Cake -???????? Ideal for snack or breakfast, Easy to make with a super good taste - Apple crumble
3 Apples
Preheat oven at 190°C
Cut into cubes
Place in a buttered oven dich
Add:
Juice of half lemon
1 tbsp of flour or starch
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Stir
Crumble:
150 g of flour (1 & 1/5 cup)
a Pinch of salt
70 g of sugar ( 1/3 cup )
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
75 g of butter ( 1/3 cup )
Rub it using your finger tips
It will resemble to a moist bread crumbs
30 g of Oats ( 1/3 cup )
Stir
Spread the crumble over the diced apples
Place in the oven for 35 minutes 190°C (until golden brown)
Serve with yogurt (optional)
It's so delicious!

2 pounds (907g) firm sweet-tart apples (about 5 medium)
4 tablespoons honey (3 oz/ 84g), divided
1 tablespoon plus 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil (4.4 oz/126g)
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (7.9 oz / 225g)
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt or 1/2 teaspoon Morton Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 large eggs (7oz 200g), at room temperature
