How To make Apple Oat Pancakes
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
2 cups water
2 cups pancake mix, complete

1/2 cup apple :
* * shredded
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
In medium bowl, combine rolled oats and water; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet or griddle tomedium high heat (375F). Grease lightly with oil. Add remaining ingredients to rolled oats mixture; stir just until all ingredients are moistened. (Batter will be thin). For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning when edges look cookied and bubbles begin to break on surface. Continue to cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with syrup, if desired. 15 (4-inch) pancakes; 5 servings Note: use low-fat Bisquick if you prefer.

Oatmeal Apple Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup organic oats
1 1/3 cup almond flour
1 cup unsweetened organic apple sauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. maple syrup
2 pastured eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 organic apple, grated or finely chopped
Water or milk alternative to thin the batter as needed.

Directions: Place the oats in a blender and mix until it turns into a flour. Then add all the other ingredients except the apple. Blend until smooth. Stir in the grated apple.
Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the pan and swirl the oil. Add a scoop of pancake batter and spread it out if it's thick. Cook until bubbles rise to the surface and the batter looks dry. Flip and cook another few minutes until the second side is golden brown. Place on a warm plate to keep warm. Serve with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!

An easy recipe for delicious, airy pancakes made with oatmeal, a filling and healthy ingredient. The pancakes are nutritious and healthy and made without flour and sugar.
These little oatmeal pancakes with apple and banana are perfect for afternoon coffee or as an extra delicious breakfast/brunch on Sunday morning. They are made from oatmeal, egg and banana, which makes them deliciously filling.
Recipe for approx. 15 pancakes
ingredients:
100 g oatmeal
1 banana (100 g)
2 eggs (100 g)
200 ml of milk
1 apple (100 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
approx. 10 g oil for frying
Blend all ingredients to a thick dough in a blender.
Fry the pancakes in a little oil at medium-high heat. Give them 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and cooked through.
Serve immediately with syrup or honey – alternatively with fresh fruit, jam or Nutella.
