TOPPING:
1 c Oatmeal 1 c Brown sugar 1 c Flour 1/4 ts Soda 1/3 ts Baking powder 2/3 c Margarine Mix Sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon with apples and put in greased pan. Mix together topping ingredients and put on apples patting firmly. Bake 35-45 min at 350 deg. -----

MINI CINNAMON ROLLS:
- 280g ( 2 cups ) Self Raising Flour ( OR all purpose flour + 3/4 tsp baking soda) - 200 g ( 7 ounces ) Sweet Yogurt ( or any type of plain yogurt + 2 tbsp sugar) - 80 g ( 3/4 stick ) Softened Butter
PLEASE NOTE: They are not supposed to rise like traditional yeast-raised cinnamon rolls - see the video for more details. Bake the mini rolls for only 4-5 minutes!
Filling:
- 30-40 gr Butter ( 2-3 tbsp ) - 100 gr Brown Sugar ( 1/2 cup) - 1 tbsp Cinnamon - 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch - 1/4 tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 100 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 1/2 cup Cream Cheese) - 40 gr Powdered Sugar ( 1/3 cup) - 1 tsp Vanilla - Splash of Milk ( Start with 2 tbsp and adjust to your liking. For a thinner glaze add more milk)

PINEAPPLE LAYER ½ cup packed light brown sugar ¼ cup dark rum Pinch of kosher salt ½ stick unsalted butter 8 fresh cored and peeled pineapple rings, sliced ½-inch thick
CAKE 1½ sticks unsalted butter 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour (225g) 1¼ teaspoons baking powder 1¼ teaspoons Diamond Crystal kosher salt or ¾ teaspoons Morton kosher salt ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon baking soda ¾ cup sour cream, at room temperature 3 tablespoons dark rum 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ¾ cup packed light brown sugar 2 large eggs, at room temperature

My Apple Pie Recipe: Crust: makes 2 pie crusts 3 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/4 c. shortening 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 5 T. water 1 T. vinegar Mix everything together. Divide into two balls, place between wax paper sheets and roll out. Place in pie dishes, crimp edges, prick bottom with fork.
Pie Filling: 10 large granny smith apples, peeled and sliced 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar 4 T. flour 4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt Sprinkle dry ingredients over apple slices and toss to coat. Divide between two pie crusts
Crumb Topping: 1 c. butter, softened 1 c. packed brown sugar 2 c. flour Mix and crumble on top of pies. Bake in the oven at 375° for 45 minutes. Eat warm or cool. Either way it'll be gone before you know it. You can totally half this recipe and make one pie. Except for the egg. It might be hard to half the egg, but I've done it! ____________________________________________________________

Apple Goodie- Lynn's Recipes
A great and easy dessert that is wonderful with ice cream. The hardest part of this recipe, is chopping the apples.
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped ¾ cup granulated sugar ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all of the above and put in the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
¾ cup oatmeal ¾ cup all purpose flour ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1 stick of melted butter
Mix all of the above together and press on top of the apple mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven about 25 minutes or until brown on top.
