Apple Brown Betty RECIPE
Apple Brown Betty is one of my favorite fall dessert recipes.
My version consists of thinly sliced fresh apples with a no oat sweet and buttery topping. Just a few ingredients come together to make this cinnamon spice sweet fruit dessert.

Old-Fashioned Dessert
Apple Brown Betty is a quick and easy dessert that used to appear on tables often. It is pretty inexpensive and you will often find that you have the ingredients on hand in your pantry.
In this video, Carolyn shows you how to quickly make this delicious dessert with 4 ingredients ( well, 6 if you count the sweet cream to serve it with!). This is the perfect recipe to pull out when you want your house to smell like heaven in a few minutes of time.
This old-fashioned dessert can be made in a cast-iron skill or a 9x13” casserole pan. Grandma’s recipe calls for apples, but you can use frozen berries, canned peaches, cherries or apple pie filling.
Happy Baking!
