Bacon Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe
Watch as Better Homes and Gardens shows you how to make this bacon cheese ball appetizer recipe! These classic party appetizers become even more irresistible with an added crunch from bacon to complement the creamy center of the cheese balls. Begin these bacon appetizers by combining two eight-ounce packages of softened reduced-fat cream cheese with one pound of finely shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Rinse, pat dry, and chop a two-ounce jar of sliced pimentos before adding them to the large bowl. Next, mix in a 1/4 cup of apricot preserves, two tablespoons of milk, one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce, and four to five slices of crumbled, cooked bacon. Beat all these ingredients together with an electric mixer on medium speed until everything is almost smooth. Cover and cool these quick appetizers for around two hours, or until firm. Once this sweet and spicy appetizer is cooled, divide the portion in half and roll into a ball in waxed paper. Let it cool again before serving these easy party appetizers. No more than four hours before you plan on serving these yummy appetizers, roll one ball in 1/3 cup of chopped pistachios and the other in five slices of crumbled bacon. This way, your guests can choose whichever cheese ball best suits their individual tastes. Serve these easy appetizers with sliced cucumbers and toasted baguettes for an unforgettable start to your get-together!

Pineapple Pecan Cheeseball
When it comes to food, there’s not much we love more than cheese. Whether it’s a decked out cheese plate, a molten and cheesy pasta bake, or a cream cheese-based dessert, we just can’t get enough. Which brings us to this tasty, easy appetizer, which only requires a couple of minutes to throw together, then you can pop it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve it.
If you haven’t gathered already, this tasty recipe is for none other than a pineapple pecan cheese ball. That’s right, a big ball of cheese, rolled in nuts and full of flavor, that you can bring out on a platter that’ll have all your guests impressed and reaching for the cheese before you can set it down on the table! We love the juicy hint of sweetness that the pineapple lends to the cheese (without being overwhelming), and the green onions and green bell peppers keep it tasting light and refreshing. There’s nothing not to like about this recipe!
