How To make Cheese Almond Ball
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese;
-shredded 8 oz Sharp cold pack cheese food
-plain or with wine 1 tb Grated onion
1 c Toasted sliced almonds
2 tb Chopped parsley
Beat cheese, milk, onion and 3/4 cup almonds until well blended. Chill at least one hour. Shape into a ball; wrap in waxed paper and chill several hours or overnight. Chop remaining almonds; add parsley. Roll ball in almond parsley mixture. Rewrap cheese ball until ready for use. Remove from fridge about one hour before needed, unwrap and let come to room temperature. Serve with assorted crackers.

ALMOND MILK ????????
1 x cup almonds (soaked vernight)
2 x cups water
Dates or maple syrup for a sweet flavour
- Blend all ingredients and strain with a muslin into a bowl .
- Store it for up to 4-5 days in the fridge
ALMOND PULP ENERGY BALLS ????????????
1 x cup almond pulp
3 x tbsp peanut butter
1/3 x cup maple syrup
2 x tbsp coconut flour
1 x chocolate bar
Pinch of salt
Optional:cocoa powder, shredded coconut
- Add all ingredients in the blender and mix.
- Roll them into a ball .
- Roll them in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for a nice coating touch ????????
- Store them in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze them .

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
Cream cheese (I used 6 oz) (soft)
Sharp Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
Chives
Garlic powder (I did'nt use any in the video but it taste yummy with it - 1 tbsp)
Pepper
Salt
Smoked paparika
Cran-raisins (chopped)
Almonds (chopped)
Bacon (chopped)
Pretzel sticks
DIRECTIONS:
Blend cream cheese, shredded cheese, chives, salt, pepper, smoked paparika, and garlic powder
Roll into small balls
Place in fridge for 1 hour
Insert pretzel stick in cheese balls
Roll balls in cran-raisins, almonds, chives, bacon
Give a gentle squeeze as you add toppings
Refrigerate until guest arrive or enjoy now!

Ingredients:
Metric Measurements:
1 1/2 cups Plant Milk (eg. almond, oat, rice, coconut, soy etc)
1/2 cup Blanched almonds (or cashews)
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp celtic sea salt
1 tbs agar agar powder
2 tbs tapioca starch
1/2 cup hot boiled water
2 large cloves garlic
1 tbs mixed dried herbs
Coating suggestion - 1 tbs paprika + 1 tbs mixed Italian herbs
