Full written recipe of Cheese balls
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Serves: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
For bread crumbs
• Sandwich Bread slices 8-10 nos.
Tom mayo sauce
• Mayonnaise 1/3rd cup
• Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
• Ketchup 1 tbsp
For cheese ball mixture
• Processed cheese 250 gm (grated)
• Paneer 150 gm (grated)
• Boiled potatoes 200 gm (grated)
• Green chillies 3-4 nos. (chopped)
• Fresh coriander 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder a pinch
• Maida 1 tbsp
• Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
For slurry
• Cornstarch ½ cup
• Refined flour ½ cup
• Salt & pepper powder a pinch
• Water as required
• Oil for frying
Method:
• For making homemade bread crumbs, set a pan on medium heat, toast the bread slices on both the sides until crisp and golden brown, once toasted nicely, remove it from the pan and keep over a grill or a cooling rack to cool down to room temperature, keeping hot bread over the plate may make the bread slice soggy as it cools down.
• Once the toasted bread is cooled to room temperature, add in a blending jar and grind to a fine powder, store in an airtight container and use accordingly, if storing for longer period time, store in the refrigerator.
• For tom mayo dip, add the ingredients of the dip and mix well, chill in the fridge until served.
• Add all the ingredients of cheese ball mixture in the mixing bowl, mix and knead it like a dough.
• Take a sufficient amount of mixture and shape into marble size balls.
• Make the slurry by, adding, cornstarch, refined flour, salt & pepper powder, mix well and add water gradually to make a smooth slurry.
• Dip the cheese balls in the slurry and coat well, further coat with the homemade breadcrumbs and rest the coated balls for 5-10 minutes to set.
• Set oil on medium heat for frying, fry the coated cheese balls in hot oil until crisp and golden brown, crispy cheese balls are ready, serve hot with tom mayo dip or any dip of your choice.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 200g or as required
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,grate mozzarella cheese with the help of garter.
-Add paprika powder,garlic powder,dried oregano,pickled jalapenos & mix until well combined.
-Take a small quantity of mixture (24g) & make balls of equal sizes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour.
-In another bowl,add eggs & whisk well.
-Now coat mozzarella balls with all-purpose flour then dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs then again dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 10).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry mozzarella balls on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve crispy mozzarella cheese balls with chilli garlic sauce or tomato ketchup.

-Paprika powder,lehsan powder,dried oregano & pickled jalapenos dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mixture ki small quantity lein (24g) aur ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein.
-Bowl mein maida dal dein.
-Alag bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab mozzarella balls ko maida mein coat ker lein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat karein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 10).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur mozzarella balls ko darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Crispy mozzarella cheese balls ko chilli garlic sauce or tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!

Classic Cheese Ball
I have made a cheese ball the last three Holidays and wanted to share how I make them in my kitchen. They don’t last long at all around here!
Recipe : Cheeseball
16 ounces cream cheese , softened
2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onion , chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
dash freshly ground black pepper
2/3 cup pecans , finely chopped
Cover the cheeseball in cling wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow it to firm up. Take it out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving to allow it to soften just slightly. Serve with crackers, pretzels, vegetables or anything else you'd love to dip in cheese!

PEEL THE POTATOES

MASH WELL

PLACE A CHEESE CUBE
MAKE ROUND SHAPE
2 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
¼ TSPN SALT
¼ TSPN PEPPER POWDER
¼ CUP WATER
MAKE SLURRY
TAKE A BALL
DEEP IN SLURRY
COAT WITH BREADCRUMB
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL
UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN COLOR
