How To make Parsley Cheese Ball
Ingredients

cream cheese, cubed, softened
1/2
pound
cheddar cheese, sharp, cubed
1
onion salt, dash
6
each
olives, pitted, ripe
1
garlic salt, or powder, dash
3
tablespoon
sherry, dry
1
celery salt, dash
1/2
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
1/2
cup
parsley sprigs
Directions:
Put cream cheese and olives into blender container. Cover; blend at high speed until well mixed. Add sherry and worcestershire sauce. Cover; blend at high speed until smooth. Add cheddar cheese and seasoned salts. Cover; blend at high speed until smooth. If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward blades with rubber spatula.
Turn mixture onto aluminum foil or waxed paper. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. About 30 minutes before serving time, put parsley sprigs into blender container. Cover; blend at medium speed until finely chopped. Empty onto waxed paper. Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in parsley to coat competely.
Serving suggestion: Serve with crackers or small rye bread slices.
Makes one 3-inch ball.

SMOKY CHEESE BALL
2- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
16 ounces Sharp Cheddar, shredded
Sprinkle of Onion Powder to taste
1 tablespoon Whostershire Sauce
Sprinkle of Cayenne
a Heavy Sprinkle of Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Liquid Hickory Smoke
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 to 1/2 cup Real Crumbled Bacon Bits (microwaved for 30 seconds)
1 cup chopped Pecans to roll the ball in
Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer until smooth. Roll into a ball and then roll in a pie plate in chopped pecans, smoked paprika, dried parsley and bacon bits. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. 4 hours or overnight. Serve with plain tasting crackers to enjoy the flavor of the cheese.

CRISPY CHEESE BALLS :
Ingredients:
Cheese ball dough:
Mozzarella cheese -1 cup
Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
Fresh bread crumbs - 1 cup
Rice flour - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
Oregano - 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander - 1/4th cup
Water - 4 to 5 tbsp
Coating:
Milk
Toasted bread crumbs
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the cheese ball dough ingredients and form a dough.
2. Make balls.
3. Dip the balls in milk & coat with toasted bread crumbs. Repeat 1 more time.
4. Preheat the Balzano Airfryer using by turning the knob pointing to P.
5. Then, set the temperature @180* degrees for 10 mins.
6. Grease the base of air fryer with little oil or use baking paper & place the cheese balls.
7. After 8 mins, check the cheese balls and air fry accordingly.
8. Once the cheese balls turn crisp & golden brown, take them out.
9. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup & enjoy.
