How To make Brandy Cheese Ball
Ingredients
4
oz
blue cheese, soft, crumbled
8
oz
cream cheese, softened
2
tablespoon
parsley, fresh, chopped
2
tablespoon
brandy or cognac
1
each
garlic clove, finely chopped
1/3
cup
sesame seed, toasted
Directions:
Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, parsley, brandy and garlic in small bowl on low speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm. Just before serving, shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in sesame seed. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

The only ingredient not in the name of this Cranberry Blue Cheese Ball are the crushed, candied pecans. Otherwise, the name says it all - blue cheese and cream cheese balled up with dried cranberries and rolled in crushed candied pecans. There's something about cheese balls that can make it a party! Ingredients:
4 cups of white flour = 400 grams
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A tablespoon of sugar
4 tablespoons of corn flour
Two tablespoons of powdered milk ( 40 grams)
1/2 teaspoon of liquid vanilla or 7 grams of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder = 8 gr
1 tablespoon of dried yeast = 10 grams
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups of warm water = 450 ml
syrup Ingredients:
4 cups sugar = 600 grams
Two glasses of water = 300ml
A tablespoon of lemon juice
1 small piece of lemon

GUAVA DUFF WITH BRANDY SAUCE | BAHAMIAN COOKING
Ingredients:
Dough
3 cups flour (All-purpose)
1/3 cup sugar
1 lg. egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup baking powder
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
Guava shell (cut up)
*Mix well and form a log. Wrap in a cloth and allow to boil in water covered for an hour.
Sauce (everything should be room temperature)
1 8oz block unsalted butter
5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. Bandy
1/6 sugar
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup powered sugar
* mixing should be completed when the duff/dough is finished. Afterwards, serve over the warm duff/dough. Enjoy.
