Hello folks!
So tonight for tea, I made this wonderful slow cooker pasta & creamy chicken with mushrooms…absolutely Devine and well worth giving a go!
Everything I used will be listed below,

What I used -
2 lbs skinless & boneless chicken breast (around 3-4 good sized chicken breasts should do)
2 Teaspoons minced garlic
100g (3.5 oz) Double cream
900ml (31 oz) Chicken stock or chicken broth
160g (6 oz) Cream cheese
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
1 Teaspoon onion granules
1 Teaspoon garlic granules
200g (7 oz) Sliced chestnut mushrooms
350g (12 oz) Uncooked pasta - I used fusilli
200g (7 oz) Grated mozarella
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours and then add the pasta for another 20-30 minutes until tender
Or Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours before adding the pasta

CROCKPOT CHICKEN & VEGETABLES RECIPE
Today I'm going to show you how I make Crockpot Chicken & Vegetables. Grab your ingredients and cook along with me.
▶︎ SHOP MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS:
Ingredients you'll need:
• 6 - Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs (Cleaned)
• 2 - Cups Ready To Eat Baby Cut Carrots
• 4 - Cups Small Potatoes (Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces)
• 1 - Jar Aunt Nellies Whole Baby Onions -OR- (You Could Also Used 1 Cup Frozen Small Onions)
• 2 - 12oz Jars Chicken Gravy
• 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Sweet Peas (THAWED)
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
• Spray 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray
• Place carrots & potatoes in crockpot
• Place chicken thighs on top of vegetables
• Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper
• Pour both jars of gravy over top
• Cover - Cook on high for 4 hours -OR- Low for 8-10 hours - Stirring occasionally
• Stir in Peas after initial cooking time
• After peas have been added, cook for an additional 45 minutes on high setting or until peas are tender

Dumplings:
1-1/3 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
2/3 cup Milk
1 tbsp. Butter, melted
Soup:
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Thyme
Additional Salt and Pepper to taste

Crocktober! | 3 Easy Slow Cooker Dinners
Happy Crocktober everyone! Today I'm sharing 3 easy dinners you can make in your slow cooker. Filled with flavor and perfect for a busy day--just set them and forget them until it's time to dig in!
SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS
8 boneless pork chops
salt, pepper, garlic powder, Kinder’s buttery burger blend (optional)
1 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
Spray the inside of your crockpot to prevent sticking. Place the pork chops inside. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the buttery burger blend. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients to create a sauce. Pour the sauce all over the pork chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles. ENJOY!
MISSISSIPPI CHICKEN
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 packet brown gravy mix
handful of pepperoncini peppers
¼ c. pepperoncini juice
½ stick butter
1 c. water
Spray the inside of your crockpot to prevent sticking. Place the chicken breasts inside. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and brown gravy mix over the chicken. Place a few pepperoncini into the pot. Pour the juice and water over top. Place the butter on top of the chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Shred the chicken, if desired. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or on sandwich buns. ENJOY!
CHICKEN CHILI
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can sweet corn kernels, rinsed and drained
2 cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can creamed corn
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
salt & pepper
½ tsp. each garlic powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder
4 c. chicken broth
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Spray the inside of your crockpot to prevent sticking. Place the chicken breasts inside. Pour the corn, beans, creamed corn, and diced tomatoes with green chiles over top. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, and chili powder. Add the 4 c. chicken broth. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. When there are 30 minutes left in the cooking time, add the softened cream cheese. Cover and continue cooking. When 4 hours is up, stir the soup to incorporate the melted cream cheese. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Sprinkle in the chopped cilantro and stir to combine. Serve plain or over rice. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips, if desired. ENJOY!
