Crock-Pot Chicken & Dumplings | Delish

INGREDIENTS
1 onion, chopped
1 1/4 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 tsp. oregano
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
4 sprigs thyme
1 bay leaf
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, for garnish optional)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
1. To the bowl of a large slow cooker, add onion in an even layer in the bottom of the bowl and place chicken breasts on top. Add oregano and season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour soup and chicken broth on top then add the thyme and bay leaf. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Discard thyme and bay leaf, then shred the cooked chicken with two forks. Stir in celery, carrots, peas and garlic.
4. Cut biscuits into small pieces. Top the chicken mixture with the biscuits and cook on high for another hour, until the vegetables are tender and the biscuits are cooked through and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170° F.
5. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley and serve.

Easy Chicken Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Recipe~Chicken Thighs in Cream of Mushroom Soup
In this easy cooking video, I slow cook some boneless skinless chicken thighs, in Cream of Mushroom Soup, in my Crock-Pot slow cooker. These boneless skinless chicken thighs turned out great and I served them with brown jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. The ingredients to this easy slow cooker recipe are 1 package of chicken thighs, 1 family sized can of cream of mushroom soup or 2 small cans, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1 pound of mushrooms. 6 to 8-quart slow cooker
4 lbs chicken wings
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
salt & pepper to taste
*Seasoning Rub*
1 Tbsp Montreal Chicken seasoning
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
*Broth Mixture*
14.5 oz can low sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce
7 Tbsp all-purpose flour

Crockpot Chicken & Gravy
1-2 lb chicken breasts, trimmed (2-3 chicken breasts depending on size)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 packets chicken gravy mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups water
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, break chicken apart and serve with sides of your choice. I served this with mashed potatoes and butternut squash.
I recommend cooking on LOW for 6-8 hours but this can be cooked on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Potatoes:
5 russet potatoes
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
generous pinch of kosher salt
pinch black pepper
1/4 - 1/3 cup heavy cream or milk
Butternut Squash:
1 large butternut squash
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp sugar
kosher salt
cinnamon

How to Make Chicken and Rice in the Slow Cooker~Easy Cooking
In this easy cooking video, I make some chicken and rice in my crockpot, or slow cooker. The ingredients I used in this easy crock pot recipe are 2 cups of water, 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1 tablespoon onion powder, and pepper to taste. I also used 4 chicken thighs and seasoned them with Kinder's Mild BBQ Rub. The cooking time is about 3 1/2 hours on high.
