Tort Amaretto,rețetă pas cu pas/ Amaretto Chocolate Cake,step-by-step recipe
Ingrediente:
Pentru 3 blaturi de 20 cm;
75 grame unt la temperatura camerei,200 grame zahăr,5 ouă mari,250 grame făină,5 linguri cacao,300 grame lapte bătut,4 lingurițe esență de vanilie sau 2 extract de vanilie,2 lingurițe praf de copt,1/2 linguriță sare.
Pentru sirop;
2 căni de apă,1 cana zahar și 40 ml lichior amaretto.
Pentru crema de interior;
200ml frișcă lichidă (smântână pentru frișcă),200 grame ciocolată neagra,200 grame unt la temperatura camerei,200 grame zahăr pudră, 40 ml lichior amaretto.
Pentru ganajul de ciocolată cu care vom acoperi tortul;
200ml frișcă lichidă,200 grame ciocolată cu lapte,2 linguri unt moale,1 lingură lichior amaretto.
Ingredients:
For the 3×20 cake layers;
75 grams room temperature butter,200 grams caster sugar,5 large eggs,250 grams all purpose flour,5 tbsp cocoa,300 grams buttermilk,4 tsp vanilla essence or 2 of vanilla extract,2 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp salt.
For the syrup;
2 cups water,1 cup caster sugar,40 ml amaretto liquor.
For the filing cream;
200 grams dark chocolate,200 grams double cream,200 grams room temperature butter,200 grams powder sugar,40 ml amaretto liquor.
For the chocolate ganache,to cover the cake;
200 grams milk chocolate,200 grams double cream,2 tbsp softened butter,1 tbsp amaretto
