How To make Alsation Apple Cake
-BELLE BESTOR DFPF73A 1 tb BUTTER
4 lb Apples; Golden Delicious
3 Eggs
1/3 c Honey
1/4 c Oil
2 tb Milk; low fat
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Rum
1/2 c Flour: +2T sift unbleached
1 tb Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
Salt; pinch
TOPPING:
1 Egg
2 tb Butter; melted
2 tb Brown sugar
Preheat oven to 425F. Generously butter a 12 inch cake pan or 10 inch springform pan. Peel, core and cut the apples into eighths. Place in a large bowl. Mix together the eggs, honey, oil, milk, vanilla and rum. Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Blend well and pour the batter over the apples. Toss everything together and turn into the buttered baking pan. Bake 30 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the topping ingredients. After 30 minutes, pour this over the cake and spread evenly. Return to the heat
and bake another 20 minutes, until caramelized on top. Cool in the pan on a rack. Serve warm or cool. Reheats well. -----

What you need:
????3 egg yolks
????100g sugar
????240g flour
????1,5 tsp baking powder
????185 ml milk
????75g butter unsalted
????3 big apples
Instructions:
1. Cut apples ???? add cinnamon and sugar. Leave aside.
2. Bite egg yolks with sugar until light white colour. Add milk and almost all butter (melt it in a microwave for 1 min), leave a bit for apples.
3. Add flour and baking powder. Whisk everything very well.
4. Pour the mixture in a pan and put apples on top and pour the rest of butter on top.
5. Bake for 45-50 min at 180C.

75g Cake flour 9 2/3 tbsp
3g Baking powder 1tsp
3pcs Apple (About 400 grams after peeling)
Sliced Almonds
Steps:
Put the cut apples into the batter that has been mixed with the ingredients, mix well, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of almond slices. Place it in the preheated oven at 340°F( 170°C) for 45-50 minutes

In a sauce pan add egg sugar milk cornstarch and whisk everything together
Cook on a medium heat until the sauce is thickened , then set aside.

* Prep oven and pans. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Line the bottom with parchment paper and give it one more spray.
* Beat the eggs and sugar together
* Add flour , milk and vanilla, wisk everything together . Set it aside.

* Add baking powder to the cake mixture
* Add apples to the cake mixture
* Spread batter into the prepared pan.
* Using a pouch put the custard on the top as stripes

* يطهى لمدة 30/40 دقيقة

Welcome back Ladies and Gentleman, fellow Acolytes, today on Gamer Skills - Cooking we are going to make an easy and simple Cake with an absoulutely unworldly apple vanilla Filling! You're gonna love it!

Cake with Apple - Vanilla Filling
Difficulty: Apprentice
1floz. = 30ml
Ingredients:
Dough:
1 Medium to Large Egg
80g Granulated Sugar
80g Butter (let it soften for about 30 t o60 minutes before
starting)
200g Type 405 normal White Flour
8g Baking Powder (ready to use basically baking soda
mixed with reagent)
8g Vanilla Sugar or
1-2tsp Vanilla extract
Filling:
700ml Mashed Apples (if you want to use bits and pieces of
Apples you have to adapt the amount of mashed Apples
accordingly
300ml Milk or Apple Juice (juice makes the filling taste more
like Apples, milk will bring out the Vanilla flavor more
(also makes the filling more opaque)
~2 Pkts Pudding powder (like Jell-O French Vanilla) or starch
(38g starch for each 500 ml fluid so 700ml mashed
apples + 300ml juice/milk makes 1000ml so 76g
starch) - For fluid to powder ratio on Jell-O see
description on Package
Crumbles:
150g Flour
60g Granulated Sugar
80g Butter
1tsp Cinnamon (more is always nice, but dont overshoot! its a
cake not the Cinnamon Challenge!)
Prep time: Approx 30 minutes Bake time: approx. 50 minutes
Dough: Combine all the ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes
Spread evenly into a greased Springform pan with 24 to 26 cm diameter (best with hands) and form a nice bottom and a little brim/wall (1 to 2 cm high) set aside.
Filling:
Put mashed apples (and apple pieces if you use them) into a cooking pot and heat over medium-high heat until hot to the touch and bubbling slightly, stir about every minute.
While heating the mashed apples slowly mix together the apple juice/milk and the pudding powder / starch) until evenly combined and not clumpy in a separate bowl
As soon the mashed apples are at the desired heat
Put the pot off to a unused plate and mix in your juice/milk - powder/starch mix. If the powder/starch settled to the ground, give it another stir, make sure most of the powder/starch left the bowl.
Put this mix onto the Stove again until bubbling slightly, stir well every 30 seconds. When the mix is bubbling let it cool for a minute
and pour it into your springform ontop of your dough.
Crumbles:
Mix together the ingredients, spread over your cake Filling evenly, so that you get a closed sheet. (its not bad if there are a few uncovered parts)
Put oven to 320 °F / 160°C WITH FAN turned on and bake for 45 to 50 minutes on the middle rack if you are not preheating your oven like me just add 3 minutes to the baking time.
When Crumbles are gold brown the cake is ready.
THE CAKE IS VERY FLUID WHEN COMING FROM THE OVEN DONT EAT IT STRAIGHT AWAY! Put in the fridge for about 2 hours or more. Then its ready to serve. Its worth the wait!
