How To make Aloha Cheesecake
1 c Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
1/4 c Margarine, Melted
16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/3 c Sugar
2 T Milk
2 ea Large Eggs
1/2 c Macadamia Nuts, Toasted
8 1/2 oz Crushed Pineapple, Drained
1 ea Med Kiwi Peeled, Sliced
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees F., 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition. Stir in nuts; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F., 45 minutes. Loosen caek from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
Chill. Before serving, top with fruit.

This recipe is from my friend Tara of asilentlaughtersings.com please check out her site :)
Soak cashews before you start making this (either overnight in cold water or for 1 hour in boiling water like I did.)
This recipe can be stored in the freezer for about 2 weeks.
♥ BASE ♥
- 3 cups (390g) raw almonds
- half cup (100g) of raw buckwheat
- 3/4 cup (60g) coconut shreds
- 3 tbs maca powder
- 1/3 cup (60 ml) coconut oil
- 28 pitted medjool dates
1. Blitz almonds, buckwheat, coconut shred and maca in a food processor.
2. Separately blitz coconut oil and dates and mix
3. Mix everything together and press into your choice of tin.
4. My springform pan is 23 inches (9 cm)
♥ FILLING ♥
- 2 cups soaked cashew nuts (drained and rinsed as above)
- 15 - 20 passionfruits (depending how juicy, sweet and ripe they
are) - just use pulp
- 6TBS coconut oil
- 2TBS honey
- 2TBS vanilla extract
- 2TBS fresh lemon juice
- Your own choice of toppings
1. Blitz everything in the food processor (I blitzed the cashews and passion fruit separately).
2. Taste the mixture to see if you need to add more honey, vanilla, lemon juice or passionfruit pulp.
3. Spread the filling on top of the base and decorate. I used raspberries and cacao crackle.
4. Once decorated, cover cheesecake in plastic wrap and freeze it for 4 - 6 hours to set.
5. Can thaw for 15 - 20 minutes before serving.

Kochrezept und Zutaten:
250 g Kekse.
In einem Mixer mahlen.
1/5 Tasse Pistazien (25 g).
1/5 Tasse Cashewnüsse (25 g).
1/5 Tasse Mandeln (25 g).
In einem Mixer auf mittlere Größe mahlen.
1/3 Tasse getrocknete Kokosnuss (40 g).
3 Esslöffel Kakaopulver.
Mischen.
2 Esslöffel geschmolzene Butter (25 g).
Eine Prise Zimt.
180-260 ml. Milch (die Menge hängt von der Zusammensetzung der Kekse ab).
Milch nach und nach zugeben.
Mischen.
Fügen Sie 2 Esslöffel Honig hinzu.
Zylinder bilden.
20 Minuten ins Gefrierfach stellen.
200 g Zartbitterschokolade (30 g zum Garnieren mit Schokoladenstreifen zurückbehalten).
In einem Wasserbad schmelzen.
Fügen Sie 2 Esslöffel Pflanzenöl hinzu.
Mischen.
Nachtisch in Schokolade dippen.
In den Kühlschrank stellen, bis sie fest ist.
Ein paar Pistazien hacken.
Mit Schokoladenlinien dekorieren.
Mit Nüssen dekorieren.
Bis zur vollständigen Aushärtung in den Kühlschrank stellen.
Dessert in Papierformen platziert.
