DOUGH:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (400g) or bread flour (3 cups)
2 and 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
1/4 cup butter (55g) unsalted and softened
ALMOND CREAM:
1/2 cup slated butter (110g) room temp
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
1 cup almond meal (120g)

This is the recipe I have developed. They are a lot easier to make than regular buns and they taste better too. So I make them often now.
