With pudding 1 lg Can evaporated milk
2 1/2 c Sugar
26 lg Marshmallows
1 pk Coconut; (14 oz.)
1/2 c Margarine
1 pk Chocolate chips; (12 oz.)
1 pk Slivered almonds; (3 1/2 oz.
In a 9 x 13 pan bake chocolate cake according to directions on package. In a saucepan, mix together 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, marshmallows and coconut. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Pour over hot cake. In a saucepan, melt margarine, then add remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Bring to a boil; add chocolate chips. Stir until
chips are melted. Then add almonds. Pour mixture over the cake. -----

Flourless Almond Joy Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
For the cake:
2 cups almond flour
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup maple syrup
3 large eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the frosting:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds
pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
While the cake is cooling, make the frosting. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and coconut milk over low heat until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add the shredded coconut, sliced almonds, and salt to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
Once the cake is completely cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top of the cake.
Serve the cake immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This is one of my favorite cakes. It's very rich and moist. It took many flopped cakes to get this recipe right. Hope you'll try it.

Almond joy cake/ Mounds cake
This is my version of Mounds/Almond Joy/Bounty cake. This is a four layer dark chocolate cake with coconut filling. It is frosted with coconut Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache. It is then decorated with sliced almonds on the bottom and toasted coconut chips on top.

Recipe:
Wet Ingredients:
1/2c butter
1/2c clarified butter
3c sugar
1/4c oil
3tsp coconut extract
2c canned coconut milk
4 egg whites.
Directions: Cream the butter until fluffy. Then beat in the clarified butter and sugar. Then add in oil, then the coconut extract, and then the milk. It will be very liquidy but do not worry about it. In a small bowl beat 4 egg whites until frothy and bubbling. Once it is bubbling, mix it into the other wet ingredients
Dry Ingredients
3 1/4c all-purpose flour
1/2TB baking soda
Salt 1 tsp
5 TB cornstarch
Combine these ingredients lightly. Then, slowly add in the wet ingredients one cup at a time. Once these are combined place them into your greased and prepped pans. Set the oven to 350oF and bake for 30-40 minutes or until completely dry and baked. Let the cakes cool then decorate and serve! Use almond flavor icing by adding one teaspoon of almond to my chocolate buttercream video but don't add the chocolate. You can use any frosting recipe you like! I covered mine in chocolate and coconut, you should too its delicious!
