1/2 c Walnuts (optional)
2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
1/4 lb Unsalted Butter
1 c Sugar
1/2 c All Purpose Flour

1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter an 8 inch square cake
pan and set aside. 2) Chop the walnuts in the bowl of a food processor
fitted with a steel knife and set aside. 3) Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt with
the butter in the top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Stir until smooth. 4) Remove from the heat, and stir in the sugar, then
the flour, then the eggs, then the nuts. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. 5) Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Brownies will pull away from

Ingredients-
120 g Dark Chocolate (Use pure / Real Chocolate)
25 g Butter
100 g Thick Yoghurt
120 g Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
90 g All Purpose Flour
10 g Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
Method-
Grease a 7 baking tin and line it with parchment paper. Leave 4 overhangs instead of 2 as shown. It eases the removal of brownie from the pan.
Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, add in the yogurt, sugar and whisk well. Add in the vanilla essence and whisk again for 4-5 mins to ensure that the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside.
Now, melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler/ microwave and add it to the yogurt-sugar mixture
Alongside, preheat the oven.
Mix together very well for 1-2 minutes and then, add in the dry ingredients while sieving in small batches. Just mix enough using the cut and fold method to combine them well. DO NOT OVER MIX!
Transfer to the greased pan, spread it evenly and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 20-22 mins.
Remove and let it cool in the pan itself for 30-40 minutes.
Remove and cut it only when completely cooled. If you have time, refrigerate it for an hour before cutting.
To serve, Microwave it for seconds, top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, drizzle some chocolate sauce and enjoy!!

Homemade Flaky Fudgy Brownie Recipe from scratch | Foolproof Crinkle Top Fudgy Brownies
Follow this recipe to make the best fudgy brownies with flakey crust from scratch at your home. This homemade crinkle top brownies recipe is a foolproof method that has been tried and tested many times by me and is loved by everyone.
DOUBLE BATCH
Suitable for a 7”x11” ( this is what i used & gives an extra thick brownie) or 9x13” tray for regular
Bake at 325 for 25-35mins, I baked mine for 28mins
- 170gm or 12 tbsp Butter - unsalted
- 470 gms of Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate* (240gm to melt with butter, 150gm to add inside the brownie, 80gm to sprinkle on top)
- 100gm or 2/3 cup + 1 tbsp AP flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 300gm or 1.5 cups Sugar
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Instant Coffee
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
*In the video I mixed two types of chocolate, 300gm of 55% Baking Chocolate Chips + 170gm of 78% Snacking Chocolate and divided them as follow:
- 240gm Chocolate to Melt with Butter - 200gm semi-sweet Baking Chocolate + 40gm dark or unsweetened Chocolate
- 150gm Chocolate to mix in the Batter - 100gm Baking Chocolate Chips + 50gm Chocolate Chunks
- 80gm Dark Chocolate Chunks to add to the top
SINGLE BATCH
Suitable for 8x8 Square Brownie tray
Bake at 325 for 25-35mins, I bake mine for 23mins
- 85gm or 6tbsp Butter - unsalted
- 235gm Semi-Sweet or Dark Chocolate (120gm to melt with butter, 75gm to add inside the brownie, 40gm to sprinkle on top)
- 50gm or 1/3 cup + 1.2 tsp AP Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150gm or 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
