The Best Decadent Red Velvet Fudge
'Follow my easy bake recipe for this delicious, decadent red Velvet Fudge..
This is a rich, sweet, lush fudge made with both white & dark chocolate. The vibrant red colour is a wonderful contrast against the white.
A perfect every day naughty treat or something lovely for special occasions or Xmas.
INGREDIENTS:
540g Ganulated Sugar
240g Unsalted Butter
150mls Single Cream
400g White Chocolate chips
200g Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Dark Chocolate Chips (54%)
'Red Extra' Food Colouring
8 x 8 tin lined with foil or baking parchment
Eat immediately or store in an airtight container for a week. Can also be frozen.

RED VELVET FUDGE

• 2 cup white chocolate
• ½ cup dark chocolate
• 3 tbsp beetroot juice
• 1 cup condensed milk

• 1cup cream cheese
• ¼ cup powder sugar
• 1 cup whipping cream

1. Heat diced white chocolate, dark chocolate, condensed milk at 100% micro power level for 3 mins till the chocolate melts completely. Now add the beetroot juice and mix well. Line square baking tin with butter paper.
2. Pour this mixture in a lined tin, let this set for 3-4 hours.
3. Cut into 6 cm x 6 cm small squares.

1. Beat cream cheese and powder sugar, now add whipping cream into a glass bowl and beat this till it reaches a stiff pick, combine both mixtures and transfer in a piping bag with star nozzle, a pipe out rosettes on each fudge piece.
