Smokin' and Grillin' with AB Signature Damascus Steel Chef Knife -
Homemade Chili Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef (lean works)
1 large Green Bell Pepper
19 oz. can of Kidney Beans
14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes (do not drain)
14.5 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
2 cups Beef Broth
4 - 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Red Onion, diced (yellow or white)
1 Jalapeno
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cumin
2 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder (separated in to 1 1/2 tsp and 1 tsp)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Brown ground beef and 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
2. Use a large pot (I used a 6.5 qt Dutch Oven) brown beef, jalapeno, onions, and garlic. Then drain you fat.
3. Now add the remaining ingredients and bring it to a boil. Then reduce heat to a simmer and and simmer UNCOVERED for 1 hour to 1 hour 40 min or until you've reached your desired thickness.
4. Garnish with green onions and and add sour cream and cheese. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
2.25 lbs. of Ground Beef
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 diced Onion
2 large Jalapenos
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
3 - 4 slices thick cut Bacon
14 oz. Black Beans
15 oz. Kidney Beans
6-8 oz. Mexican Beer or Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken or Beef Base
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
14 oz. can crushed Tomatoes
8 oz. can Tomato Soup
14 oz. Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
3 Dashes Of Liquid Smoke
2 - 3 tbsp Brown Sugar (If Needed)
Smoked Paprika, Ancho Chile Powder, Chipotle Chile Powder,
Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder, Cinnamon Sugar (To Taste)
Worcestershire Sauce and Hot Sauce.

???? THE RECIPE:
1 lb. ground beef (80/20 or 90/10 lean-to-fat ratio)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 bell peppers (any color–I use red and orange), diced
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern (white) beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilis (or 2 4 oz. cans), drained
⅓ cup-½ cup chili powder (more chili powder = darker, richer chili)
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. smoked (or regular) paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
3-4 tbsp. tomato paste (more paste = thicker chili)
1 (12 oz.) can light beer (I recommend using beer, but you could also use vegetable or beef broth)
Additional salt and pepper to taste
To dress up your chili: shredded cheddar, tortilla chips, avocado slices, green chilis, sour cream, hot sauce, pickled jalapenos, spring onions
???? LET’S DO THIS
1. In a stockpot over medium heat, add ground beef and break down with a spatula or wooden spoon. Cook until browned/no longer pink, about 7 to 8 minutes. Set aside in a separate bowl and drain extra fat (if using 80/20 ground beef).
2. Add olive oil to your stockpot, then add diced onions, peppers, and salt and saute until the onions are translucent and the peppers gain a bit of color, about 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Add your drained tomatoes, beans, and chilis, then add your spices: chili powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
4. Add back your ground beef and stir all the deliciousness together, then add tomato paste and beer. Simmer over low to medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes to let the chili thicken and the flavors to develop.
5. Dress up your chili with any and all toppings I recommended in the ingredients list :) go Packers! ;)
