How To make Triple Chocolate Strip Cookies
2 c Flour
1/2 c Cocoa; unsweetened
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
3/4 c Margarine; softened
2 Eggs
12 oz Chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add eggs; blend well. Stir in flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide dough into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a 12 x 1-1/2 inch roll. Place 2 rolls, 2 inches apart a prepared cookie
sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of roll comes out almost clean. Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Cut rolls on the diagonal into 1 inch wide strips. Makes 4 dozen. NOTE: You may want to glaze these cookies. Use 2 ounces of white chocolate or 2 oz of semi seet chocolate with 1/2 teaspoon margarine. Melt together and drizzle over cookies before slicing. -----

1/3 cup + 2 tsbsps cooking oil
½ cup (100 g) white sugar
½ cup (110 g) dark brown sugar - packed
1 large (50 g) egg
1 tbsp water
½ cup + 2 tbsps (78 g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (63 g) bread flour
½ cup (60 g) cocoa powder
1 tbsp full cream milk powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp fine salt
½ cup (85 g) dark chocolate callets
¼ cup (43 g) white chocolate chunks

Triple Chocolate Cookies | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe. Because plain old chocolate chip cookies are too mainstream.
TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES (Serves - 4)
Ingredients
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup cocoa powder
1¼ cups refined flour
½ cup butter
¾ cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons milk
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.
2. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater. Add eggs and vanilla essence and whisk well.
3. Sieve in together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and whisk well. Add milk and whisk. Add white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips and fold well.
4. Divide the mixture into large equal portions and shape them into balls. Place them on the lined baking tray and lightly flatten.
5. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
6. Serve.

Are you a Chocolate Lover? You will fall in love with these Triple Chocolate Cookies! These are so soft, chocolaty, and incredibly delicious! Once you taste these, you’ll be in Chocolate Heaven!!
Ellen’s Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting:
Dry Ingredients
2 1/4 cups self rising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Wet Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 jumbo eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate eggs, cut in half
Frosting and Sprinkles
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, add flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder and stir until well incorporated; set aside.
Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, add butter, white and brown sugar, and vanilla; cream until fluffy. Next add 1 egg at a time, mix until well combined. Slowly add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and blend all together until thick. Fold in chocolate eggs. Drop dough into round tablespoons onto a 9x13 inched foiled cookie sheet (or parchment paper). Bake for 8-10 minutes. (You can make the cookies any size)
Remove from oven and and cool before adding frosting and sprinkles.
